Waste of Space
This app is pointless. The provider search for ChampVA doesn’t actually search. If it DOES search, it doesn’t present any results. There’s no “login” capacity, so you can’t check anything with ChampVA - which is likely why ANY veteran/dependent would download it… Typical VA trash, all talk and nothing useful provided. They really need to just take the app off the App Store until they get it to actually function, or put a disclaimer on it that it doesn’t actually function, so we would know to ignore it’s existence.
And if you read the developer responses, they’re all the same condescending canned message.

Honest Opinion
I like the app. I usually use the FIND VA website to locate facilities near me. I would suggest maybe including the clinic name with the doctors and potentially compressing this app inside the OG VA app.
All in all, the app delivers what it’s marketed to do, be used to locate providers. All the low reviews complaining about things unrelated to this app should be avoided. This app isn’t meant to look at your claims, update account information, or vent about your frustrations with the CHAMPVA process 🙄 lol.

Completely useless
What is the point of this ap? I may as well call the VA and be on hold for 47 minutes. It is literally useless. Don’t waste your time. Or…better yet…download it and see for yourself how pointless it is. I would love to have an ap to manage my account!!! That’s the whole point! But hey this is the VA…I’m going to email Pete and see what his people can do to change this.

Useless
This app is just as useless as calling their 800 number. You can do absolutely nothing on this app. When you call them on the phone it’s an hour and a half or more wait. There’s not that many 100% disabled veterans that you should have to wait over an hour and a half or more to speak to a representative update your healthcare. In order to utilize it shouldn’t be you have to have the correct healthcare so when it switches the only way to do it is to fill out a form which is ridiculous or you have to call them. This app does not have the option for you to update anything which it should. Don’t waste your time and don’t waste your memory on your phone on this piece of junk fake after the government pretended to want to help veterans with..

Worthless App
Complete waste of time installing this app. It’s just as bad as the website and has zero ability to view and manage your account. Going back to waiting on a 7 hour callback from the ‘help’ line.
