I have had this app for a short period of time and been wondering why I even paid. The app is not pulling transaction history from my Wells Fargo accounts. I have followed troubleshooting steps with no resolution. I have submitted help tickets with no response. At this point I am ready to get a refund. It sounds like a good idea but is not working.

Downloaded the app and they charged me $85 without doing a damn thing. Called my bank and put stop payment and had to go through hell to get my money back.
Helped me pay off my loans from different lenders
Even that my threshold was setup for 100 dollar, the app didn’t send any payments for two weeks. Support didn’t even check my account because their replied clearly that showed that they didn’t even take the time to review what I was referring to. Support takes days to reasons. At first I was excited to try this app, but definitely cancelling now. The lack of support and the app issues aren’t a good sign to keep paying a monthly subscription.

I signed up for this app and nowhere did I select an annual subscription option. I linked my accounts and signed up to make an initial $20 deposit the next business day. I did some googling and saw how much the fees could be and decided to cancel my account. I was literally signed up on Changed for less than 15 minutes before I cancelled. I woke up the next day to a $132 charge to my bank account! Now waiting on customer support to tell me whether or not I can get a refund. Hopefully they oblige or I will be filing a dispute with my bank and contacting an attorney. Outrageous!

The app may be free to download, but you have to pay a $9 monthly fee to use. Or at least my screen is requiring a subscription fee before I can access. If I had known that I would not have downloaded. Developers may as well do a pay to download if you need to pay to use.
It costs a minimum of $9 a month. As a single mom that only uses my card for gas and groceries that's more that I would even save in the month thus it would just put me in more debt. It's a no for me that's too much
Signed up for the top tier and thought I’d give it a try. Was about $135 for the year. Two weeks in I canceled and they kept my money…. Stay away from this app
It is pretty cool app to use
I’ve yet to try it. Anyone else turned off with the idea of scanning your ID to the app?
This app has a $9 minimum monthly fee. Here’s a crazy idea, just use that $9 to pay extra towards your debt instead of paying someone else to do it for you. Grow up and be an adult and budget for yourself. Paying someone else to help you pay off debt is the stupidest thing and biggest scam ever
There doesn’t seem to be a monthly payment option and when you decide against using the app, there’s no way to delete your profile. Basic doesn’t including linking credit cards - you need the plus level for that. Keep looking for a different app. This isn’t the one you’re looking for.
An app asking for extremely personal information without an encryption disclaimer, assurance they don’t sell your info, etc. all before they show you how the dang thing actually works???? Mark Cuban be better, come on now
It’s really helping me manage my debt
Awesomeness
Downloaded the app for the first time. At first had issues with the app connecting to plaid to connect my information. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Then got an email that it was connected to plaid after uninstalling so must of went through after uninstalling the app. So reinstalled the app, then after logging back in, the app wants me to make an automatic $25 deposit before I can go any further. Will not take me to my profile to be able to delete my account I have to make the $25 deposit first before I can go any further. So I deleted the app and contacted plaid to unlink my account. So hopefully I don’t get any unexpected charges that I do not accept since I no longer want to use the app.

Love this app. It works well but it’s not updating efficiently in terms of credit card totals
Honestly the best thing I’ve ever used to save money and pay off debt. You literally don’t have to even think about it yet I’ve already knocked off 6 months on my car note. Chefs kiss.
I’ve been absolutely in love with Changed. It’s so motivating to watch how much can be accumulated with just a few cents from your purchases, I paid off one of my credit cards within 2 1/2 weeks of starting the app incredible!!!
This app needs subscription in order to use. Lame. There’s other app out there that’s free of subscription that works the same
