Love this app. It works well but it’s not updating efficiently in terms of credit card totals

Honestly the best thing I’ve ever used to save money and pay off debt. You literally don’t have to even think about it yet I’ve already knocked off 6 months on my car note. Chefs kiss.

I’ve been absolutely in love with Changed. It’s so motivating to watch how much can be accumulated with just a few cents from your purchases, I paid off one of my credit cards within 2 1/2 weeks of starting the app incredible!!!
Needs $
This app needs subscription in order to use. Lame. There’s other app out there that’s free of subscription that works the same

I love the ChangEd app!! It has helped me to save and pay off so many of my bills, and most importantly my private school loan.
Can’t withdraw or transfer
I really like the app idea and really want to give it a 5 star, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to transfer my funds or withdraw anything to make a payment towards a debt I have.

Painless Way to Save
This is an easy way to put money away whether it’s to clear debt or to have money put away for a rainy day.

App stops working after the first payment, and there’s no phone number to call customer service.
I thought this was a great thing but I got cheated out of 80 bucks all for my credit card just to have debt relief payment of 25 dollars .

Misleading App Store Listing
I always check whether an app offers in-app purchases before downloading, since that usually means they require a subscription to use. This one did not have in-app purchases, so I thought I would give it a try to help pay down credit card debt. Well, turns out they DO require you to start a subscription during setup, and it wasn’t revealed until after giving them my SSN to pull up debts that they don’t allow credit card payoff as part of the basic plan, so I’d have to pay $84/year to get that feature, which feels counterintuitive and shady not to state up front. I doubt I’ll use this app based on them starting with a bait and switch like that, I don’t feel great about giving them bank info. Be upfront and put your prices on the download page so people can make an informed decision!

That fee typically saves users far more than it costs once debt payoff is underway. I was surprised how much this actually works!! In 2 months already 150 plus has been sent away to reduce debt! Loving it!!
Glitchy app slow support
The app works great getting your money and saving it. I have been going back and forth with support for several weeks trying to use my money to pay something. The app always has some issue setting up payment, never linking a card. Support is so slow and of course when they do answer it is always the user. Somehow I managed to set everything up in this poorly designed app, but I am not able to select the card I want to pay now? Either the date field will not accept input or I need to verify my account for the 3rd time(still doesn’t work), etc. I get a half answer from support and then have to wait 3-4 days for an answer.

Helpful app
While, some parts of this app are a little annoying to navigate making those extra payments automatically without having to think about it, it is kind of nice. A lot like Acorns, but for your bills.
Changed debt pay relief
This app has really made a difference in the short span I’ve had it and I’m glad I invested the money I did , for the long term difference its making in my life !
Unauthorized charges
They have charged my account almost $10 5 times this month, twice in one day. I can’t get in contact with support. Going to the Acorns app, never had a problem with them.

Horrible experience, horrible support.
Closed my account 2 months ago, after having repetitive issues with the app. Still haven’t received my money back, I’ve reached out 3 times now. I honestly have zero idea how this app has such good ratings.

I have been using this App since the beginning of 2020, and have averaged an extra $100/month payment just from rounding up.

This is amazing
The app is a little confusing at first but once you get the hang of it it is an amazing feeling to see payments to my debt account made automatically by simply rounding up (you can round to the nearesr $1, 5, or 10 if you want to be more aggressive) all my debit card purchases. You can pause your transfers at anytime and it allows you to pay off multiple debts at once and you get to select what percentage goes where as your needs might change.
