For 2 years now I’ve been using this app and had no issues with it at all, suddenly this month I added cash to my account and being inactive for months and 3 days ago I wanted to withdraw the cash but the app had some issues and wouldn’t make transfers. I contacted their support centre and they assured me it’s a minor issue and would be resolved that later in the day I should retry and it would go through but i did exactly as told and still no changes and it’s still the same, I can’t make transfers and the money is just there. Can this issue please be fixed immediately and I can have my money?

You guys should allow me to withdraw my money ffs. It’s over 2 weeks now, I can’t make a single withdrawal. I transferred money to other chipper accounts, till now the money isn’t yet available there.
