About

CigNote is a quit smoking companion designed for people who want to reduce smoking step by step, build awareness, and stay consistent with simple daily tracking. Instead of forcing a complicated quitting process, CigNote helps you start with the most important action: recording every cigarette. By tracking your daily count, reviewing your monthly calendar, and seeing clear progress trends, you can better understand your smoking habits and gradually reduce your intake over time. With CigNote, you can quickly log cigarettes throughout the day with simple +1 / -1 actions, making it easy to use in real-life situations. The app automatically calculates your daily and monthly totals and displays your records in a calendar view, so you can review exactly how much you smoked on any date. To support gradual reduction, CigNote also lets you set a daily smoking goal (for example, no more than 8 cigarettes per day). The app shows your daily goal progress, whether you are within the limit, how many cigarettes remain for the day, and how many consecutive days you have stayed on target. This makes your progress easier to see and helps you stay motivated. CigNote includes recent trend insights as well. You can compare the last 7 days with the previous 7 days to understand whether your smoking amount is going down, going up, or staying flat. This trend-based feedback is more useful than looking at a single day and helps you make better adjustments during your quit journey. To make progress more tangible, CigNote provides budget estimation features. You can set your baseline daily amount (for example, your average before starting to reduce), pack price, and cigarettes per pack. The app then estimates your monthly smoking cost and how much money you may have saved compared with your baseline. Seeing your savings alongside your smoking reduction can be a strong source of motivation. The app also includes practical quit smoking support content, such as: Delay method (wait 5 minutes before smoking) Trigger management Gradual reduction planning Breathing and stress reset techniques Support and reward strategies Who it is for: People who want to reduce smoking gradually before quitting completely People who want a simple cigarette log and calendar-based review People who need goals, trends, and savings feedback to stay consistent Key features: Quick daily cigarette logging (+1 / -1) Daily and monthly statistics Calendar-based smoking records Daily goal tracking and streaks 7-day trend comparison Estimated spending and savings Practical quit smoking guidance and behavior tips CigNote helps you turn “just one less cigarette” into visible long-term progress.
