Cant create an account
When i try to create an account, and i type in a password, it keeps saying the password is invalid. So i cant even create an account. Deleting app
APP GLITCHES
The app doesn’t even load, can’t even log in to pay my payments customer service keeps telling me to download the app to make the payment on there, but can’t since the app doesn’t even want to load!! I’m missing payments due to this.
Useless and Terrible
If I could give negative stars then I would. This app has a substantial amount of errors and will bring you nowhere. I would absolutely NOT recommend such a useless, faceless, and terrible app such as this one. You could have your username and password saved on your phone or written down somewhere and can count on this app to tell you that your information is wrong. Thanks a lot to the worthless owners who still haven’t done anything to fix such a problematic error in their system. DO NOT USE THIS APP. I repeat, DO. NOT. USE. THIS. APP. Please find an alternative way to get a loan. PLEASE. If this gets deleted then I will just post this again until you useless developers fix this ongoing issue.

App never works
Never had this app actually work, no idea how anyone could give this a five start rating.
HORRIBLE APP
Absolutely atrocious. I can’t log in and I can’t even set up a new log in because it won’t accept any password I create or even the ones that Apple generates. Was this app designed by a 3rd grader? This is ridiculous. In the year 2026, apples chosen finance company can’t even develop an app! Disgusting

No 2 Factor option.
This app appears to offer no real benefit over the website. The app does not feature native iOS scrolling, rather it scrolls like Android.

Worst app I’ve ever used
I’ve never had an app glitch as badly, as thoroughly, or as consistently as this one. Constant error messages, telling me I have no balance when I definitely do and am actively trying to pay it, and telling me my password was incorrect and locking me out when I was literally using my own face. I tried deleting and reinstalling but no dice. The website on my laptop is just as bad. The only thing that works is the website via my phone. I’ve never had to work so hard just pay someone money in my life.

App doesn't work
Can't even use the app and i think im behind on payment from failure to login it says "server error" for a week straight and the app crashes nothing pops up on screen just blank loading with spammed error messages. Fix this

What happened?
For some reason, the app logged me out and it’s frozen/useless. It won’t allow you the ability to log back in. It just doesn’t work anymore. It’s a completely broken app at this point.
Anybody there?
I tried to contact that company twice already in the past three weeks. Absolutely no response, zero. Bad customer service for sure.

This app is useless, I cannot view the documents most buttons do not work. Constantly have to reset my password even after just resetting it.
