Ugh fix the bugs
I can’t even sign in to my chart to see my results like what’s the whole purpose of the app if it doesn’t work at all what a waste!!! This app doesn’t work at all
Don’t use this urgent care if you want to receive results
For the third time I used CityMD. They will only guarantee delivering test results through the app, but the app, over the period of the past three years, does not work. The technical support team takes a message and never returns with help. I am seeing if I can achieve any change with this place through the health department or the Americans with Disabilities Act. Go someplace else.

Signing in
It has been given me trouble signing in the app, I deleted it off my phone. It’s better to visit a CityMD place instead of going through all the hassle of signing in.
Doctors
Some doctors are wonderful and some just don’t care. Be careful about which doctor you’re going to see. I love Dr. Devito. GI. ❤️
Finally got going but ends up same junk
Rather use the Athena portal. This app was dead for a long time. Never did anything until last year. Had hopes. Now it won’t log in and no accounts work. Support didn’t get my feedback right. I hate to give up but this thing really stinks.

Erroneous Password Reset Email
Every single time I log into the app it sends me an email saying I requested a password reset.
Worst app ever
Try to reset password & tells me to open app & request new password. Get notification & all it does is send me back to the app that I can’t open
App Crashing as of 1/26/26
Once I sign in, input the verification code, it automatically closes the app. I open the app again and it crashes and closes again.
App errors out on iOD
Can’t use it, literally flashes on screen then closes out. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.
2025 and this app is still GARBAGE
This is 2025 and I still can’t simply log in to get my test results. The system keeps sending me text verification codes THAT DO NOT WORK. Then when I minimize the app and go back into it I get stuck on the loading screen with the loading icon in the middle of the screen that does t go away until I completely close the app. Then I have to reopen the app and do the whole process over again just to get stuck at the loading screen of death again and again and again and again. This app gets zero stars.

Always crashes, cant login
For the longest time, I couldn’t login and contacted support which was just an automated bot telling me the same thing over and over. I finally reopened the app after several months and was able to login, but after logging in the app consistently crashes. Horrible app. Even worse, I worked for the company and they treat their employees awfully too.

App keeps crashing
Every time I try to log into this app, it crashes on me. I try to close it and reopen and it keeps crashing.
No virtual care
I’m so sad I am so sick and I really need telehealth because I can not stand for a long period of time to make it in person. I have the flu and I can not get the telemedicine to work. The doctors never join and then when I close out the app I get an IP error. When calling the office as instructed, they just told me to redo everything as before. But I’ve tried 5 times. I need help. I’m forced to use a different urgent care company for telehealth that I do not like. I love CityMD and the doctors are always so sweet and supportive. Too bad i can only access their support in person.

App crashes when I login
This app crashes every time I open it so I just use the web app.
This app is broken
This app constantly crashes. Can’t get past initial set up without crashing. Can’t access results without crashing. Awful app

App is ok but you cannot update your personal information which is a pain. You can’t send anything to the doctors you might need to attach and customer service is just not that helpful.
