Delivered to wrong location
I’ve used this service multiple times and had no issues till today 8/18
When the idiot driver misplaced my laundry and delivered to wrong address, it’s not that hard to call the customer if the driver couldn’t find the address will never use this service again, NJ laundry services just lost a loyal customer

Great Service!
I’ve used CleanCloud 4 times now and I have never been happier. They text me when they are picking up and when they are arriving to drop off my clean clothes. Oz is the best fluff and fold service here in Decatur.
Horrible tracking and order help
Can’t track pick up, the app shows two different pick up times for the same order, I waited 1.5 hrs for the driver outside of the lobby and they never arrived. The laundromat says they can’t cancel it or see the status on their end but I should be able to on mine which isn’t accurate, the only tracking is through door dash and it’s only showing a drop off time when they have not even picked it up. I also have no way to cancel the order on this app or on DoorDash.

Can’t Update or Delete Payment Methods
Title says it all. You cannot delete or update payment methods. So if you made an order but forgot to update the card, the order might not go through.

Cleancloud is the best
I’ve been going through them since they started. It has been such a big help having them pickup and deliver my laundry and it’s so fresh and clean.
Excellent Service
Pick ups are always on time. Drop offs are always as scheduled. Laundry is always very clean and folded neatly. Employees are helpful, respectful and courteous. Spinz will always be my go to for my laundry needs.
Good idea, poor execution
The app design is not great. UX needs a lot of work to be more user-friendly and intuitive, especially since it’s a middleman service. It is also not sync’d with the web app so orders made on the web app have to be monitored from the web, even under the same account.
Pickup and drop off service was sketchy since it uses random Uber drivers.
My laundromat also didn’t send back a (1) load of clothes.

Update order problem
It’s a good thing this app works, because the pickup people’s website doesn’t. However, I wanted to edit the notes I’d entered and found the ‘edit order’ operation clears everything you’ve entered and you have to start again! Not good.
Untrustworthy
App forces you to register a credit card before showing your final bill, to which it has added a bunch of spurious charges. You can’t delete your card once on file. Absolutely nightmare of an app from a user security perspective. Do not use this app.
Decent App But No Tip Option
CleanCloud is an improvement over my laundromat’s previous web based site. But the app is missing the capability to add a tip upon submitting payment.
