The app is no good where I’m at
The app keeps trying to find the washer and won’t let me use it. I put money into it and I can’t even use it not even with the code or trying to delete the app and reinstall. It won’t find the washer location. It’s so frustrating
Can’t switch dorm?
I switched dorms and now it’s stuck with my old location and can’t switch
Update: signing out and then in didn’t work, I had to delete and redownload the app. But doing that erased my existing balance! Thankfully it was like $6 but still I have been scammed and am very frustrated.
Give me my money BACK!

App does not work.
It cannot find a room. I cannot reload with apply pay without app crashing.
It’s okay
Well it’s the only option I have for my laundry in my apartments. It’s not the worst application but often bugs out on me. Either takes my money without starting or the Bluetooth malfunctions. Also frustrating that it logs me out every once in a while and needs me to re enter my card info. I wish this had Apple Pay so I don’t have to retype my card info for laundry. Otherwise it does its job.

Terrible service and waste money
They changed the laundry app (Cleanpay Mobile) without warning the users who were actively using the machines at the time. The machines stopped out of nowhere and I wasted my time trying to figure out what was happening, until a man showed up to put up a sign about the new app and left without explaining anything. The worst part is that I lost all the balance I had just loaded into the old app.
As if that weren't enough, now to be able to dry my clothes and finish my laundry, they force me to run to the bank to load another card because I can't use my previous balance anymore. A total lack of respect for the customer and zero common sense when handling an app transition

Its ok
You should be allowed to add what you want to your account. There shouldn’t be a $10 minimum
Clunky and unresponsive
This app doesn’t accurately show when a load of laundry is completed or how long until it’s done…at all. It said my load is done and the washer is free when in reality there’s like 10 minutes left. The app is also extremely slow to sync with each machine to start and load and pay. And you have to click OK about four times in order to add time to the drier (which you have to do because our driers run in 15 minute increments) and it is slow to sync between each of these actions. The “help” button doesn’t even lead anywhere.

I love using the app but the machines at my apartments are not all up to date. They break down easily. And they’re never fixed asap.
So the ones that kinda work sometimes to take my money . I requested a refund a year ago and it says pending still and won’t let me request another one because of that . It owes me like 7.50 so far of the times it took my money off the app and didn’t work . There’s no contact number to fix this

Full of popups to catch you off guard to get your money
This app besides being slow, full of popups to catch you off guard to get your money. 25 cents here and there, just like scamsters on the Internet.
Fix the app
The app forces the payment method to be updated, but the updating process is broken and takes me back to the blank info screen when I press submit. The help tab in the app is also broken and simply says “failed to load” every time I try to use it. I’m out of funds in the app and can’t add more, while I got laundry in the washer waiting for the app to allow me to pay for a drying cycle. Fix this app you lousy developers.

Massively inconvenient
Regularly forgets my card details and demands I add them again. Because it doesn’t support paypal or Apple Pay or anything like that, this usually means running back to my apartment for my card in order to finish my laundry.
Too much
Why does a laundry app force me to add an email and phone number? And a credit card with a minimum deposit of $10? I’m just trying to do one load of laundry on vacation. Too much information needed to wash my clothes
This app is trash
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ran 1 load and after that it was “connection lost” over and over again. I tried WiFi, I tried cellular I turn my phone off and on again. Has my money but won’t let me wash my clothes. So disappointed
Needs better payment support.
Needs to let users pay with Paypal, Google Pay, or Apple pay. Last update flushed my payment method. I don’t need yet another app that can’t manage CC info properly.
Horrible fkin App
My apartment complex swapped from another washing app to this one and it’s sucks. The timer on the washer isn’t accurate, and if your apartment complex has terrible management on your washers, you’re left very limited on your options and for us, most people go outside to wash. What’s the most frustrating is even when you do get a chance to use the washers and if they are broken, you can request a refund. However the app refuses to issue any refund or allow you to put another request if you have a refund currently pending.
I have a refund for 50 CENTS from 2023 from a broken washer that they have left on idle, and have had countless broken dryers and washers after that initial request from 2023 that don’t get resolved because they only allow one request at a time. Basically locking any user from getting money back from broken washers by leaving the first request on pending and leaving the user out of money that should’ve been utilized.
When trying to go to the help access page if immediately shoots up a warning saying that the app isn’t connected to WiFi, however that alert comes up regardless if you are connected to WiFi or not.
I rarely wash at my apartment complex now because of this god forsaken app and when I do have to use it, it terrible almost every time. Only thing consistent about it.

Sneaky app
When you start a dryer, it asks you if you want extra time and the way it pops up with the confirm button as the default makes you absentmindedly click confirm and spend money for drying that you didn’t need. It’s deliberately sneaky. The default should be no.. And it should say yes or no not “confirm” because it seems like you’re just confirming that you want to start the dryer.

Can’t add funds
Like other recent reviews, I’m unable to add funds to my account so now I’m left with wet clothes and no way to run the dryer

Trash app
Can’t even actually get help from the get help button. I’ve had a refund request submitted for months with no answer. This app is a scam and I won’t be using my apartments laundry Matt because of it anymore, I’ve also been telling all my neighbors.
Doesn’t work
My building switched to using this, and the app no longer allows me to put funds on my card I’ve talked to customer service. They can’t figure out what’s wrong. I’ve deleted the app re-downloaded several times and it’s still doesn’t allow me to add funds. What a waste of detergent and my time!!!
