Can’t create an account because it won’t send me the email to complete confirmation. Tried repeatedly. Turned off phone and restarted to try again, still no luck. Can’t do laundry because of this garbage.
I would rather use coins or a payment card
It took me 4x as long to get my laundry started because of this app than just using quarters or a reloadable card. Why can’t I just pay with Apple Pay?
Can Never Contact Customer Service
Every time I try to submit a service request for the laundry or about a transaction, a message pops up saying it request failed to submit.
Buggy zero support
This app sucks disconnects all the time tells you it’s done but there will be 10 mins left alerts are hit an miss zero support when they steal money from malfunction
Great way to have your money stolen!
Loaded money into the app, but then the machine failed to start. But do they give refunds? No, they don’t. And you can’t load small amounts of funds into it either so you can’t just pay for one load at a time.

The laundromat I go to is closed for construction and they are refusing to refund my money back to the card on file!! They are stealing my money, I put the last of my money on there and they are refusing to refund me!!!! Scam!! Do not use this app!!!
Single Point of Failure
For the past few days now the app or website does not allow you to refill funds, showing the error "D: Time Out". Myself and all other residents of my complex have been unable to use the washer or dryers, leaving us to use the laundromat. This issue started on 04 June and as of 07 June it still persists.

Nope, never have I wanted to add 15 more minutes to my drying cycle when I start my drying cycle.
This app would get 4-5 ⭐️ if this annoying pop-up didn’t exist. It pops up while you’re starting your drying cycle and if you’re starting multiple loads of laundry back to back it’s very easy to bump this button. It this was build to be helpful to customers, have it as an additive button people can use on the same dryer they have just chosen if they want that extra time and only charge them the .25¢.
* Yes I’m aware it’s a minor annoyance overall, but I’m writing this as someone that designs for user experience and this is instead a form of “confirmshaming” or sale pattern / deceptive design. Where something is built to the benefit of the app owner or 3rd party operator, and I’m sure this has racked up a lot spare change across all the laundry rooms using this app.
So as the user be mindful.

i didn’t get my refund for a dryer that was not working, it’s been two weeks now.
Can only add a maximum of $10 at a time in the app
App works well most of the time. The app still doesn’t allow you to add funds more than $10 even if there is an option to add $30 on the app. The time left is not accurate as well on what’s displayed on the machine. The notifications don’t appear as well on your phone’s screen sometimes.
Fine App I Guess
The app it self is fine, it does keep signing me out or refusing to connect to the machines making me go through 3 steps just to start my laundry which is annoying. But once it actually works it’s fine. I’m also annoyed because they’ve changed the logo like 5 times in the past few months which makes it difficult to find. Can we just keep some consistency or at least update in a way that will make it work better not just aesthetic changes?
