Can’t add funds
Like other recent reviews, I’m unable to add funds to my account so now I’m left with wet clothes and no way to run the dryer

Trash app
Can’t even actually get help from the get help button. I’ve had a refund request submitted for months with no answer. This app is a scam and I won’t be using my apartments laundry Matt because of it anymore, I’ve also been telling all my neighbors.
Doesn’t work
My building switched to using this, and the app no longer allows me to put funds on my card I’ve talked to customer service. They can’t figure out what’s wrong. I’ve deleted the app re-downloaded several times and it’s still doesn’t allow me to add funds. What a waste of detergent and my time!!!
Took My Money
This was my first time using the app. I established my account. I used the washing machine, but I could not get the dryer to work. I was on Wi-Fi. It asked me for money and to set the program, but would not turn on. It asked me whether I wanted to add more money. I thought if I did so maybe I could get it to work so I did that three times. It still didn't work, so I took my clothes elsewhere. I have put in a service request but haven't heard anything. Will they credit me back for the money I put in? In addition, it only lets you add money on a dollar basis, not cents. Do they just keep the overpayment? Did not like this app at all.

Unable to get Refund
The REFUND ($8.75) is not an option on the App. Have tried every option. Is this legal? The support feature shows it as an option, but it is not. If this is happening to multiple people it adds up fast. It's called theft. I used the App while helping a family member in Southern California. That was in February 2026! All I want is the refund. How difficult should this be?

App works, but one complaint
The “add 15 min to dryer” confirmation right after regular dryer confirmation feels shady, like the app is taking advantage me not always remembering if I confirmed the original dryer cycle.
In my opinion, the extra $ the company might earn with that feature is not worth the goodwill lost. I have heard neighbors complain also.
People doing laundry in shared laundry rooms are usually busy and prefer not to have to invest mental energy in not getting pinched for an extra $0.30.

Will not refund
Moved out of my apartments and they won’t refund me my amount! “Help” is always in error!
Steals money and refund option does not work
Their machines often glitches and charges for a load and does not start.

Anyone having troubles with card registration? I can’t seem to register card number so I can add funds… therefore giving my one star
Disappointed
After downloading the app I never received the email confirmation with a code to continue. Resend, Resend, Resend… Here I am trying just to get my laundry done and waiting like an idiot for a code that never comes. Guess the joke is on me; that I need to give you my email address and telephone number just so that I can get my clothes clean? Three and one half hours later I have an email from Washboard. A kind lady walked me through getting a physical card and adding money to it.
Switch to Apple Pay and play with the big kids is my suggestion on this poor excuse. When I was ready for the dryer, two machines would only beep when I used the card and nothing. Can Never Contact Customer Service
Every time I try to submit a service request for the laundry or about a transaction, a message pops up saying it request failed to submit. Update: have reach out to customer service and they still keep saying they can’t do anything
Customer service issue
I had to request a credit after a washer left my clothes soaking wet. The app has a feature to report issues, but no one ever responds. After calling, it took about a month to receive my credit. The same washer failed again, leaving my clothes wet, but this time Deborah told me I couldn’t keep requesting credits. She said someone would check the machine, but I never heard back and never received the credit. I paid for a service that didn’t work and had to spend more time and money to finish my laundry. Very disappointing customer service.
