Terrible
Difficult to use, the questions are unclear and there’s no way to go back if you make a mistake or realise you’ve clicked the wrong confusingly worded option. The address finder doesn’t work correctly so I wasn’t able to add my business address. You are unable to check what details are already held when asked to update your information and told not to include details already provided previously but then asked to provide information which coop already hold on file.

Very unintuitive. Can’t go bank and correct errors. Asked a question and no one answered in over a week. Tried to delete the app and start again and now it just does nothing.

Giving 5 stars to help as this app saves time not calling up and I get great support and help. Having a Coop account is not for convenience, it’s for ethics. The actually banking app is okay, the service is paranoid about security and often block me getting the card to work which is hilariously not what a bank is supposed to do, but the help app is the most functional thing and the people seem nice and not robotically professional. The haters bagging on this app probably have bad love lives and b**ls**t jobs and just take it out of the Coop. Long live the clunky coop I say 🙋🏼♂️✊🏼

What a waste of time.
Can’t seem to get registered for the help app. I thought I’d give it a go while waiting on the phone. Got registered and then get rejected cos my passport photo is blurred. You already know who I am what’s the problem?
I’d cancel my account but I probably wouldn’t be allowed to for some reason. Sooooo frustrating!!!!
