EXCELLENT BANK 5*

I have recently rejoined the bank as a customer, I had an account years back. I am so glad I have as I have received such fantastic service over the phone & by the social media team. I really feel they have gone above & beyond. The service provided is efficient, personal & friendly. I really appreciate this. The app is clear, easy to use & has improved since I last used it. Long time customer

Having switched in recent years I have now had more time to compare with alternative providers. I would not hesitate to recommend the bank based on my experience very few issues with reliability of the service via the banking app. Uk based customer service which is valued in these challenging times.

Nightmare to open banking app

Took 54 minutes to register on the banking app. It crashed so many times but i preserved. I can think of much better things to do with me morning.

Surprisingly the best banking app

I found that the coop bank app is very useful and easy to access and navigate.
