Issues with regular payments
Frustrated by the bank not being accessible for open banking with creditors and glitching when the payment is due from my account on the selected day causing stress and embarrassment.

The co-op Bank always keeps me updated with key features like scams, fraud and my accounts. The mobile app is a real help to me and is so easy to use
Generally a good app
Have been using this app for a number of years now. It has improved but wish I could do more things with it without having to log in to my bank account website. Setting up standing orders or cancelling direct debits being the main one. You can do all this on my husbands bank account app and pay in cheques.
Think there’s a bit of a way to go yet with the coop banking app.

Search facility in payee list
Please could you vastly improve the app by adding a search function on the users payee list, thereby allowing the user to search for a payee rather than having to scroll down hundreds of names!

IVe used the coop bank app for several years. It has limited functionality, and it’s often not available due to yet another »service update » .
Consumer!
The Co operative Bank works well for me. It is different and is geared to having the Consumer at heart!
Availablity
I travel abroad a lot and the online system seems to be off-line quite frequently during the night. Also, there is a large charge if I use my card when abroad.
Live updates
Would be great to have live spend and credit updates like Barclays and Lloyds
