Long time customer
Having switched in recent years I have now had more time to compare with alternative providers. I would not hesitate to recommend the bank based on my experience very few issues with reliability of the service via the banking app. Uk based customer service which is valued in these challenging times.

Great app, but now needs PIN reminder.
Great app for what it does, but now needs to be able to show a reminder for the card PIN.
Nightmare to open banking app
Took 54 minutes to register on the banking app. It crashed so many times but i preserved. I can think of much better things to do with me morning.

Useless
Why is the Co-op Bank so hopeless with technology? If you tell me that you are sending a code the SEND IT.
Embarrassing
I’m considering leaving this bank. For years I thought the Co-op bank was ok. Unfortunately every single time I try to use my debit card at a petrol station, my card is declined and I am hit with fraud squad msgs. So embarrassing. I’ve come to realise that I cannot rely on Co-op anymore. I have spoke to the bank regarding this. This made zero difference. I dread using my debit card. Not good, not reliable.

I love how transactions are made with such ease, I love when you have a problem there is a professional at the end of the phone that fixes your problem with ease. I never have to worry about my money with the co-operative bank looking after it. Staff are amazing A+++
Crash
App always crashing or not working, customer service line is good if there’s a problem but wouldn’t recommend the company for a bank
Needs major upgrade
It’s a sufficient app but it is lagging so far behind apps like Monzo in terms of functionality and easy of use that it is really very limited and outdated now.
