Nonfunctional
The app never seems to work no matter what WIFI I’m connected, no matter how many times I delete and redownload, no matter if I use the website. The ComEd self costumer service never works thanks for nothing
Payment failure
My mom has been using the app to pay her bill and she opened a bill and seen that it was ridiculously high so I get to checking into things for her and see that her last THREE payments that said they had been submitted through the app and return end up failing and there’s no contact so now she owes this outrageous amount and we have to figure out how to pay it and when you try to call or contact Comed they’re not accepting phone calls or you get put on hold. I’ve set on hold for over an hour and still got no help do better COMED if you expect to tax people the way you do.

The app asks for your login credentials and then immediately kicks you out

This app is so great it helps me keep an eye on my account and tells me when there is a black out !!
Info sharing
You have to agree to let ComEd share your info to pay for the app because…why? ComEd already has a monopoly on electricity here and charges a lot for it. How are y’all gonna grab at more money? Sit down.
