Dont waste your time cant even log in it gets stuck on a login boot where you enter your credentials its asks for the 2-step verification then returns you back to the app asking to re-log in
Agenda not working
The agenda tab on the app is not working to see tickets assigned to me for that day or for the future. Please look into this

Why can’t CW develop even a single complete app? Only software that they bought out after completion are great.

Broken app
Can’t add parts to tickets on apple. Have been in touch with support but it is on the back of there to fix list. Has been an issue for almost a year.
Why have an app?
All the app does is open a safari page to have you login and use connect wise on there. Completely pointless app
Not great for working field techs
This application doesn’t function cleanly and has a horrible interface for handling tickets and schedules. The way the app functions with tickets makes it harder to get technicians to stay up to date in ConnecWise. The idea of “if it isn’t in ConnectWise it didn’t happen” is completely out the window if you’re trying to work on the go and use this application. This application needs to be dumped and completely rebuilt. Don’t get me started on working opportunities, company records, and projects.

SSO broken
Years of having this app on the market and they still can’t seem to fix it. Can’t even sign into the app because sso prompts me to a browser, then just logs onto a web page. Download this app if you’re looking for a safari shortcut!
Constant login issues
Because this app redirect to a website for login, it constantly has login issues. If you close the browser running in the background, it will cause the app to lose its login and the only way to get it working again is to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Useless
I have to login twice and still it redirects me to the web browser. The browser experience is terrible. My colleague had Android and according to him, that app is useful and has at least something in terms of function.
But this is a waste of space on my phone. I’d be better off just having a link to the website on my Home Screen.

ZERO STARS. DOESNT WORK AT ALL

Wow - my first 1 star review. I can’t believe how limited this app is. Connectwise is a very expensive program and they should be ashamed of this app. I actually login to web version even on my phone - which is very painful since it’s not optimized for mobile. Extremely irritated.

When it’s time to renew your creds, you have to uninstall it and reinstall it for it to prompt you to log in right. Really aggravating

Hasn’t been improved in quite some time. An easy update to help users would be the ability to select x amount of tickets and update the status.
