Fix it
Yo why don’t you fix your app? You have a 1.5 star rating. I can’t even see my tickets on the app. There’s no way to request refunds. App is slow and glitchy. Please be better

The app let you key in the phone number but it won’t proceed to the next field. Terrible app.
Why why why
It’s always mind-boggling to me when a new app is somehow worse than its predecessor. Especially when rolling out a membership program… So disappointing.
