Unable to join peogram
The app let you key in the phone number but it won’t proceed to the next field. Terrible app.

It’s always mind-boggling to me when a new app is somehow worse than its predecessor. Especially when rolling out a membership program… So disappointing.
The app is completely unusable
I had my extras card for a very long time and then I go to the theater one day and they tell me my card is worth worthless that I need to get another account so I go and and that doesn’t work either and now I can’t even use it anymore. I don’t know what happened to this company, but it’s really bad and I wish somebody would get on top of it.

Update has made it useless
This app no longer works at all. It doesn’t allow me to log in - no matter how many times I try, it just keeps loading the log in screen. So I can’t buy tickets on the app any longer. Also, just get rid of the masthead slider it keeps jumping the listings up and down which each slider that has a lower button. It’s really unnecessary and frustrating.

Unreliable
I have the latest version as of February 2026 and when I try to go to my account, the app crashes. I can’t access my digital gift cards so I can’t use them.
