Using App For Wedding Registry
Took a minute to find out how to build a wedding registry. Once I figured it out, this app was fairly easy to use. App does not work on an iPad! App defaults to a small iPhone sized screen on the iPad

The view in room feature is no longer working
Registry Fail
The new update unlinked our wedding registry from our profile. So now there’s no way to update or edit it.
Note to Developers
Please bench test prior to release. A responded to a text message from Crate and Barrel, which launched the Crate and Barrel app. A message literally “flashed” onto the screen, and disappeared before I could read and respond. After about 10 cycles of clicking in the link from the text message to opening the app, I finally figured out where to hover my finger and hit the “update app” button. After wasting this much of my time, I totally lost interest, which means—no Crate and Barrel shopping or purchases from me today. If you are going to put a message and action button in the screen, for heaven’s sake, leave it on the screen long enough for the end user to take action.

Imprint Card Issues Everytime
The app is so frustrating. My order history keeps showing only 0 items bought for $0.00 dollars. Order not found, and I didn’t even get notified that my order got cancelled automatically?!?
Ever since the Imprint switch for Crate & Barrel, my account has had issues with cancelled orders. I bought items during their 2X rewards sale and the order won’t even show up in my account.
I called customer support and they’re just treating it as a request for a discount rather than actually filing it as a system issue!

Shopping for roasting pan for Thanksgiving
I am surprised with such a huge selection of roasting pans. I had a very hard time making a selection. I actually ordered two different ones having them sent to my house and when they get here, I’ll And decide which one I’ll keep and send the other one back. I live 20 miles from the store I just might. Drive to the store and return it in person. Just to give me an excuse to go pre-Christmas shopping in the store.. that would be so much fun. I love all the goodies they have for Christmas.

Terrible for registries!!
Crate & Barrel has been the bane of my existence with regard to our wedding registry. They came highly recommended by a couple of my bridesmaids but now 6 months into the process I feel comfortable saying I would not recommend to anyone looking to start a registry. Their process is clunky and it took us trying multiple emails to get the account set up, easily a third of the items we wanted to register for in store wouldn’t pull up (turns out they constantly discontinue items - pray you don’t fall in love with anything because you likely can’t have it), and even though the staff in store offered to help us multiple times, none of them actually could because the app is so stupid. We’ve had ours up for 6 months now and one of the items I was so excited about and hoping somebody would get for us is now also unavailable. I’m extremely disappointed and this has been a complete waste of our time!!

Broke it with update
Can no longer view the items in my room. an error code pops up and no virtual try on. Bummer.
Needs to update store credit flow for Mastercard
I am using the new Crate & Barrel MasterCard issued by Synchrony Bank. When I try to apply store credit, I am informed by the app that I need to choose my (old, nonexistent) C&B Visa Credit in order to use them. This is a bug. Please update the app to accept use of the new MasterCard along with store credit. Thank you.

Every day they are changing the app and every update makes it worse. AVOID THIS CREDIT CARD.
