Ever since, known well at the dealership, I downloaded the app the iPhone battery as gone down 10% without even using the phone because I am at work.

Another GM fail
Not everyone has a brand new phone at work. Why would you make a simple program no longer work with old iOS? Worked just fine before.
Can’t log in anymore
Used to be a really good app. Ever since Microsoft entered the app is trash. Can’t get into it. GM is no help
Why does gm need to collect and sell my data?

Log in
Used this app all the time with no issues. They update to this new log in and needless to say they broke something that worked fine. Leave Stuff Alone!!!!!
App is very buggy
The app is very buggy. There is no notifications when a response is given. When looking through history for an older pra, a pra won’t be there but close the app and reload it will magically appear. The app wont zoom properly to take photos.
Horrible
App is junk, can’t submit parts, can’t add photos to fprs that were taken outside of app. Why are you forcing Canada to use this pos. Go back to the old way that worked.
Unable To Focus Camera
Pretty handy on the Samsung I have but when it comes the iPhone 14 Pro I’m unable to use it for scanning the QR code such as for the heated ventilation seat modules. Not a big big deal since I could use the secondary phone. But could be an issue with others. If that could be resolved that would be fantastic

Email Submission of RPT
I just downloaded the app today to submit an RPT for RRAB recall and when submitting the RPT, I got a message that said the app uses the “default Mail app” and that I have to set up an email in the default Mail app to submit.
It would be better if I could choose which “Mail app” I want to send the email from (default Mail is my personal email; Per IT, I have to use Outlook for work email), or if the app could submit without using email since we have to sign in with our GM Global Login ID and password.
Also I HAVE already set up my “default Mail app” with an email so I don’t understand why I couldn’t submit the RPT.

File upload and feedback
The app will not allow me too upload pics/vids I took during my repair. It will open the camera too take current pics but won’t let me upload pics I took previously.
Also when you attempt to write feedback under the option it does not take you too the next screen too type in your feedback concern

I wish the app will let the request to be submitted with the phones internet and not to wait for a WiFi correction
Worthless
App will not allow me to send to GM. If GM is going to create an app then it should at least function!!!! I called GM they blamed Apple and gave me a phone number for Apple and they said GM is the problem. Can somebody please fix this issue!!!

It’s was a decent app until accessing your camera roll was removed for the pictures
Garbage
I have wasted 2 hours and STILL haven’t gotten this app to accept my claim. The customer of this brand new GMC is going to so happy when it takes a month+ to get their new Acadia repaired.
GM has stopped caring
This is absolutely awful . Great idea with typical very poor execution.. way to go GM. I am on day three waiting on approval , customer very disappointed. Used 4 times, 4 times failed. Wow

Wait a day to get authorization..... or sit on phone for 2 hours. Way to go GM in making another decision that kills CSI and ESI
No longer works
Never worked on my older iPhone. Worked great on iPhone 6 and 6s - at least until the latest batch of iOS updates. Now I just get an error message when trying to log in. “Service workbench is currently inaccessible”. iPhone 6s with iOS 11.1.2
