If you like being frustrated, this is the app for you. It’s not the CVS app, which is also horrible, now CVS pharmacy, in-store, is going automated, like fast food, but instead of burger and fries, you are dispensed your medication.

Missing Family Member/No In-App Support
A member of our family who is on this insurance plan is missing from the list in the app. There’s no way in the app to contact support. If you click “Contact Us” it just takes you to a browser page with a link to the Help Center which doesn’t work. If you click “Help Center” in the app it’s just a bunch of FAQ, none of which addresses this issue.

Terrible App Extremely Clunky
One of the worst apps I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely clunky. Doesn’t work had the time. Not at all user friendly. Redundant. CVS is the worst.

This app literally does not work for basic functions. When it does work, it’s slow and errors out repeatedly. I’m currently unable to checkout my cart.

App crashes as soon as you try to sign in. Back door through register option. no Apple Pay and the ad a payment section does not recognize auto inputs, you have to enter every single letter and item. Table stakes people.

The CVS experience in general keeps getting worse. Today I couldn’t even get into the app. It crashed instantly every time I tried to open it. I had to go to the website to request refills.

This app hasn’t worked in months. I keep having to delete and reinstall but now that doesn’t work either. It just closes as soon as I open it.

Every Caremark/CVS logo in the world is bright red…except this app.
I consistently overlook it while searching, only to realize that my brain automatically looked for red.

Clunky and fails often
I don’t understand how they can be such a huge company and not be able to produce a good app that just works, doesn’t log you out all the time, and doesn’t have to reload everything every time you click something.

Everything about Caremark is terrible. The app, the coverage , everything.
Not user friendly
My employer switched from Express Scripts to CVS Caremark this year. This app and the CVS Health app do not communicate very well. I previously use CVS as a backup for a quick prescriptions that I wouldn’t be taking long. Both providers are refilling prescriptions at the same time.

You guys need to let the user be able to screenshot. I have a doctor that needs to complete message the pharmacy said and wasn’t able to do so because of the privacy screen that shows up when doing so. This can’t be a HIPPA violation because it’s MY information. Only I can access because is accessible with MY facial recognition only. Please change this!

If you are downloading this app then you must have the worse insurance as well. Order will not be fulfilled and app is horrible. Paid for a script and still waiting for it to arrive a year later.

I don’t know which is worse the app or the provider. CVS forces you to use them for prescriptions and they refuse to fulfill in a timely manner.
