Crashes

App constantly crashes

Worthless

App crashes as soon as you try to sign in. Back door through register option. no Apple Pay and the ad a payment section does not recognize auto inputs, you have to enter every single letter and item. Table stakes people.

Buggy

The CVS experience in general keeps getting worse. Today I couldn’t even get into the app. It crashed instantly every time I tried to open it. I had to go to the website to request refills.

Crashing

App crashes when you log in. iOS 26.5.2.

Trash

This app hasn’t worked in months. I keep having to delete and reinstall but now that doesn’t work either. It just closes as soon as I open it.

Blue? Really?

Every Caremark/CVS logo in the world is bright red…except this app.

I consistently overlook it while searching, only to realize that my brain automatically looked for red.

You’ve built a brand reputation which inspires mistakes like that. Why in the world would the app designed choose a blue icon?

Clunky and fails often

I don’t understand how they can be such a huge company and not be able to produce a good app that just works, doesn’t log you out all the time, and doesn’t have to reload everything every time you click something.

Terrible

Everything about Caremark is terrible. The app, the coverage , everything.

Not user friendly

My employer switched from Express Scripts to CVS Caremark this year. This app and the CVS Health app do not communicate very well. I previously use CVS as a backup for a quick prescriptions that I wouldn’t be taking long. Both providers are refilling prescriptions at the same time.

UGH!

You guys need to let the user be able to screenshot. I have a doctor that needs to complete message the pharmacy said and wasn’t able to do so because of the privacy screen that shows up when doing so. This can’t be a HIPPA violation because it’s MY information. Only I can access because is accessible with MY facial recognition only. Please change this!

Horrible

I’d rather get punched in the face than go through the login process one more time. Enough is enough. Remember me you cowards.

Screwed

If you are downloading this app then you must have the worse insurance as well. Order will not be fulfilled and app is horrible. Paid for a script and still waiting for it to arrive a year later.

Terrible

Godawful webapp that is as slow as it is broken

Homemaker

Helping all the time

CVS Health

Best delivery!

-1 is more like it

I don’t know which is worse the app or the provider. CVS forces you to use them for prescriptions and they refuse to fulfill in a timely manner.

Prescription refills

Absolutely none of your apps, calls or texts work! Please please please fix your recorded call in. It doesn’t take 30 to 45 seconds for anyone to answer a question. Also when invited to say the name of my prescription for refill i am answered with “I can’t answer that question.” They never hear me. Every single time I am forced to ask to speak to someone and call the pharmacy and leave a message. Certainly you know you need to fix this.

Worthless

What a junk app. You have to login and then it send you a text or email, but the choice to select email doesn’t work. And if you choose to have a code texted to you, the text never arrives. Luckily can still get information off the webpage without using the app.

Limited functionality

Had to transfer prescriptions from another service to CVS because work benefits changed. The app only provides very basic information at first look. ALL prescription info should be visible when looking at the list of prescriptions, not just the mane of the medication. It should show dosage, frequency, amount of pills per, cost to refill, etc. instead you have to drill down or look it up in a web browser because the information simply isn’t available in the app. Can’t even price a medication. The app is mostly useless to anyone that needs to do more that place a refill order.

No a good app

Not a good app. Does not deliver on time. Not very user friendly. Express scripts is much easier and faster.
