Hell yeah

Very well done. I only wish you could enter your own urges and behaviors or at least that there be more options.

Couldn’t recommend more

This app has been incredibly useful for me in the last month I’ve used it. Adding it to other support I have, it’s helped me with a large life transition that otherwise would feel unmanageable. Even just practicing the skills when I don’t necessarily “need them” has helped me remember this tool is here and helps. I couldn’t recommend this app more.

Side note: The video portion could be developed more during the urge surfing. Right now it’s an awful ai video haha but skill application is powerful.

Helpful

I like it so far

Has helped me a lot

I like the videos. I feel like they do a good job of explaining each skill, even though they are AI generated and feel a little more impersonal than I’d like. All the content is really helpful. And the daily diary card has become an important part of my routine. There’s also a AI chat tool that’s useful, but again, the AI aspect makes it feel impersonal. Overall, this app has been worth the money.

Great

Cool

Really clunky

So the coach will talk to you and offer you skills. They are not always a good match for what you’re going through and the coach will get stuck in that loop.

It will also offer skills that are highly inappropriate for the problem at hand

Wiped everything

Well I WAS enjoying the app until yesterday when out of nowhere it logged me out and completely wiped my account. 2 months of entries gone. Awesome. I don’t even want to use it anymore because I lost all of my entries.

The monetization is disgusting.

I got this app thinking it would help me because my mental health has taken a severe turn and I cannot afford therapy or a doctor. I googled what free options could help me instead just to get this app where literally everything I wanted to use that would’ve helped me was behind a paywall. To capitalize off of people needed help is disgraceful and made me feel 10x worse.

Great

This app is great to have around when I am not in consistent therapy I enjoy each lesson and feel more regulated during use it’s not a solution to what I deal with but it is a good crutch

Great

Cool

Patronizing

Voice for the crisis mode is a robot woman and is annoying-sounding and super patronizing. It makes it hard to follow a program being talked down to like that by a soulless robot. Get a real, grounding voice please. Makes me angry and feel even more invalidated during a crisis. I can even do it for you guys

Not suitable for BPD

Not suitable for people with invalidation history. Made for numbers ("scientifically-proven"), not for people. Lacks deeper understanding of DBT Therapy principles.

Diary card is too limited

It would be better if you could log an emotion more than once a day. For example if I feel intense anger more than once in a day and use different skills to deal with it, I should be able to document that.

subscription plan to access BASIC resources?,??

having great resources out there and putting them behind an insanely priced paywall. this has to be a joke. nothing is accessible anymore. anything to increase profit!

Would be 5 stars but

I'm getting a lot out of this app, but Diya, the AI coach, every 3rd text is telling me to finish my diary for the day. It's like I can't talk to the ai coach or read what is telling me to do because it keeps interrupting itself to tell me to complete my diary. What would be a helpful conversation completely exhausts me by making me figure out how to exit that prompt to get back to what we were actually talking about that could help me in the moment. But even telling it to stop asking doesn't help. And none of the support buttons or contact buttons in the app work to try to fix it.

My Daily Diary Card!

So grateful to have this app to remind of intentionally using these life saving skills!

Me ajudou na constância

O app é muito bom! Bem sempre eu conseguia ficar com o cartão diário físico e isso acabava atrapalhando os meus registros. Agora, além de conseguir registrar todos os dias, eu ainda aprendo sobre várias estratégias e registro com mais detalhes.

Easy and cute

.i obviously wish there was more content for free

Great DBT Supplement

Hugely helpful on the day to day to supplement my DBT therapy that I did and also supplementing my EMDR and parts work now. The app tools are way better than computer or written worksheets. Thank you for making this app and I highly recommend it!
