Priority delivery?
Currently sat watching my allocated driver in a village 15 minutes away from me, obviously delivering another order when I’ve paid extra for priority delivery.

Had enough
Not for the first time, we’re left wondering if we will actually get any food ordered. It’s been two hours since the order was placed (with an estimated time of 20 minutes). What’s worse is that there is no way of getting any answers, support or even sympathy.
Finally got our order 2 and a half hours late. Cold, missing items, undercooked chicken. Deliveroo couldn’t have cared less, offered me next to nothing in compensation. Will never use again.

Abusive delivery driver
Appalling treatment from the delivery driver when he could not find my apartment. I am elderly and disabled plus I have cancer. I never want to see him again. He verbally assaulted at me; the telephone system for him to speak to me was not working and although I answered the phone 5 times before I got through to him, he basically blamed me assuming I had not answered the phone! If he doesn’t want the job then why is he in it?!
Do not use him for my orders again please and refund my charges. I feel verbally abused by him and by the company for hiring someone who has no place delivering to elderly people!

No cancel subscription option
Any service that makes it this hard, near on impossible, to cancel your subscription shouldn’t even be allowed on the App Store. I will never use this app again.

Drivers shouldn’t take on more than one drop as whoever is on the second drop gets cold food. It’s not fair and a waste of customers money. Happens to me all the time.

Literally broken app
App doesn’t deliver in Australia anymore, still listed as the second app that comes up in our region, made an account but the app intentionally freezes every time I try to delete it.
