Very slow, took almost an hour to prep 2 burgers and still waiting for someone to deliver them
Great choice of shops and restaurants
I have used Deliveroo for several years now and as it has grown it has improved. The fly in the ointment is the prices - they are expensive. I find generally the service is great and better than the rival companies.
They forgot to add more fish? Miso cod was a very small piece no larger than two fingers length and
Added GBP6.30 for miso cod and the quantity is extremely small, basically paid gbp16 for a bowl of rice and a small piece of fish that is barely two bites

Ridiculous waiting times
Rubbish service
Advertised as 10-20 minutes delivery, paid extra for priority, 40 minutes later the order arrived with half my order missing. Advertised special offer of 3 of something for £15, offer not applied at checkout therefore overcharged. Will not use again.

Wrong address
This is the second time a Deliveroo driver using satnav or something similar came to the wrong address. Maybe a short course in “The Knowledge” is due.
Slow
So annoying- said it would be quick- nearly and hour now, keeps getting later and later
Disappointing
Always slow delivery despite paying premium and always cold despite living 5 mins drive from McDonald’s- don’t know why I keep using the App

Horrific customer service - broad daylight robbery
Do NOT order from this service. They delivered decayed and unsafe food and when I sent evidence to them all I got was an automated “sorry” but no refund. Their customer service is useless and nonexistent. They violate all health and safety standards. AVOID.
Groceries
Have been disappointed with my latest grocery delivery and thus deliveroo’s subsequent help. I had loads missing from my order and then the next day when cooking and relaxing I was missing yet another ingredient I was told by a chatbot I was unable to receive compensation because it was out of the window of inquiry. They did refund for the things I claimed missing on the day of deliveroo but the whole business of things not being added to cart for no apparent reason is inexcusable. I’ve been using deliveroo for years now so pretty disappointed by this seemingly new update. I won’t be ordering groceries with the app in the future.

Stale cold food
2nd time ordering McDonald’s and it turns up cold like stale cold

Quality and fast delivery
I like using Deliveroo. Good customer service, with lots of quality choices with meals. And great offers. Delivery is prompt with little to no hassle. Delivery operatives are curious and on time. I also like the fact that you can reach out to the restaurants if you have dietary needs. Thanks Deliveroo.
