Orders got messed up multiple times
I didn’t get everything I ordered and some items got substituted without confirming if it was okay.

It says driver it waiting and then when it’s supposed to be on its way it suddenly says trying to find driver

He delivered half a bag with frozen chips and nothing else and disappeared when I asked for the rest of the order which was a £18 pound meal deal and a bottle of presseco rose and some other things dissatisfied and disappointed

I have used Deliveroo since its launch and have watched the service improve and more recently rapidly decline. The customer service from Deliveroo itself is non existent and refunds are a joke. I live 7 minute walk from a restaurant that I have waited for deliveries from that have takes 45 mins after they have left the restaurant. Riders appear to deliver to the furthest address first and work back to the nearest to the restaurant last. The food I receive on average per week is 75 percent cold. They have the monopoly on the good spots so I have to accept their level of service. Doesn’t mean I have to like it

Recently I have received food that’s cold and awful because the number of deliveries are 2 sometimes 3 deliveries.

The shopping was delivered in plenty of time and the driver was professional and courteous.

When you pay £3.49 for priority for food from just up the road I expect it to be at least warm.
Food was stone cold and inedible.
Offered under £5 for a £30 order…not much more than the priority charge.
I can pick it up and it’s still hot when I get home so would expect the same!

App Stole my discount
First time downloading the app. Gave me a discount code for 15gbp and when my payment failed they removed it. Now I can pay and the discount is invalid because it “has been used” which is not trye. Terrible experience.
