Pointless
App doesn’t allow you to see open tickets, which is the only thing it NEEDS to do. Why have a ticketing system when the technicians have to see tickets and reply to them with an email account. Waste of money.

Abandoned App
App crashes when you try to open a ticket. In addition, there is no functionality whatsoever for chats.

Does not currently work
Ticket list just sits spinning. Vendor is aware of the issue but considering no updates to the app since 2018 I’m not very confident. The mobile web experience is horrible as well so mobile use of this product on iOS is not possible. Disappointing...
BROKEN!
Since moving to AWS hosted, the app is broken. DO NOT UNINSTALL. I was instructed to uninstall and reinstall due to refresh of filtered tickets not working. Now I cannot see ANY filters/tickets except in alerts.

We absolutely love this app to manage our tickets and all, but one thing that we are have an issue with is the constant app crash every time we try and view the users or organizations. Is this going to be fixed?

Please update so it will support on iOS 13.4
It crashes everytime I try to open a ticket?
Every single time. I can see all of the tickets but as soon as I click to open one it closes. Everytime.
Better then previous attempt
This is a much better agent app then was available before. Looks like I can do everything that I can do in the agent portal.
