Won’t hold connection
I have connected the same bills to auto withdrawal several times over and over again. Also, I now have to email my invoices in as i can no longer upload to dext.

Dext like QBO needs to face reality
Neither of these apps has a category for REFUNDS. But returns and the refunds for them are a fact of life. So developers of both apps need to wake up and provide for these facts.
Sorting my expenses spend
It’s a simple app and is working well with my accountant. I cannot recommend this app enough for linking in real time my spend with my accountant book keeping.

Manages to read our receipts well enough, and also uploads..
Just cannot understand why accounts keeps on re-asking for the uploads to be re submitted, I know they have already been submitted as it’s tells me ready.., so assuming their access must delete the storage once reconciled!?!

Perhaps put a double trigger on it so don’t need to keep uploading, my previous receipts..

So Easy To Use. Stay on top of paperwork with minimal effort and all receipts are retained in one place.
Show Multiple pages of my receipts
I submit all of the pages of the receipts. The Finance Team keeps telling me that they can’t see page two or page three of the Amazon receipts.
Incorrect coding
When I put certain receipts through the app they are continually posted to the wrong account code even though I have set the specific account code to that supplier

Took a years subscription with out checking with me.
I was upset to see that they had taken a years subscription fees up front. And they get so many simple things wrong when processing. Certainly have to triple check everything.

Poor Customer Serivce
Tried to get guidance but poor customer service. We hit the extraction limit right away and they want more money. The reason we hit it was we were entering items in wrong. So I guess make a mistake and to have to pay for it. By the was when you delete and item. It counts against your 300 extractions.

You can check your current usage and reset date under Business settings > Subscription. If you have reached the limit, you can either wait for it to reset or upgrade your plan for a higher allowance.
