I submit all of the pages of the receipts. The Finance Team keeps telling me that they can’t see page two or page three of the Amazon receipts.
Incorrect coding
When I put certain receipts through the app they are continually posted to the wrong account code even though I have set the specific account code to that supplier

Took a years subscription with out checking with me.
I was upset to see that they had taken a years subscription fees up front. And they get so many simple things wrong when processing. Certainly have to triple check everything.

Poor Customer Serivce
Tried to get guidance but poor customer service. We hit the extraction limit right away and they want more money. The reason we hit it was we were entering items in wrong. So I guess make a mistake and to have to pay for it. By the was when you delete and item. It counts against your 300 extractions.

It is easy to submit and report
Terrible if not VAT registered and with QB
Thought this was a great idea so scanned a load of receipt and invoices. All came up for review and kept telling me I had to set the VAT rate but absolutely no instructions and after two hours of navigating this app and Quickbooks I’ve given up.
Amazing receipts scanner
Fast and efficient. Has the option to do it via your phone or your PC and for those receipts that you had scanned and could not remember, the system will reject it when you tried to scan the same receipt again which is really helpful!

lately the apps been glitchy will be on one invoice then will flick to a different one
very frustrating when it publishes or deletes the wrong invoice when this happens.
Today uploaded a few invoice and more than half disappeared from exporting page and cant find where they went.

I am finding it frustrating when uploading documents. Sometimes it works but more often it doesn’t leading to time wasted.

Doesn’t work and no support
Uploaded a receipt and it doesn’t let you categorise. Says “Go to connections>” but there isn’t a connections option. When you go to ask for help, there is no option to open up a dialogue. Poorly constructed, poorly run.
