Update the app for using rewards on sides
Love Dig, great food. Ever since sides were given the requirement of giving a size (either à la cart of family style) the rewards use for veggie side, protein side etc do not work. It continually gives a message saying to put the rewarded item in the cart (because I don’t think it recognizes the side now that it’s a small side, rather than just a side). The points have already been redeemed for the sides for it is impossible to use the, nothing works. Please get onto this when you can!

Promos never apply. Worthless
Such a decent app if the promos that I’ve activated actually work and applied. I rather just go in store to order at this point.
Abuse of notifications
Solid app but the notifications are bad.
The absolute best
Not only can I stick to my macros plan using the online ordering, but the staff is top notch!! I came in on the Mondayist of Mondays, and the staff there joked with me, and lifted my spirits while making my delicious bowl EXACTLY as I ordered. Love this spot!!!

Great food, garbage app
Great food. Used to be a great app. Changes over the years made what used to be 4-5 taps to order a meal now 10+ taps. And they recently implemented a new sign on page that doesn’t work — I’m no longer able to sign in and accumulate points with each order. I just want to order a salad why overcomplicate things

Really annoying how, if you don’t complete your order right away, your bag empties when you exit the app and you have to start over!!!
Completely broken with latest update
The “Complete your profile” pop up will not go away even after agreeing to the terms and pressing the button. Force quitting the app and launching it again doesn’t help either, it’s impossible to progress past the complete your profile screen.

The complete your profile modal blocks you from using the app and will not dismiss even if you supply birthday, check all boxes and click “complete”. Please fix!
Deceptive rewards
I have a redeemable reward for an avocado add-on through tomorrow, and I have redeemed such rewards many times in the past. But since Dig is transitioning to a new system soon (though not until after tomorrow!), I am not even given the option to add an avocado to my order in order to redeem my reward. The app (and the website) only allows you to choose from one of three “popular” add-on’s now. Between this annoyance and the high sodium content in my local Dig, I think I need to find a new lunch spot.
