Is the app and website down? Whenever i open the website it says 403 forbidden

I am using this app from 1 year but just I switched my phone after that when ever I m trying to install the app in new phone it showing me an error “403 forbidden ”

I’m unable to log in to the app. When I enter my mobile number and tap Continue, it displays some HTML tags instead of proceeding.
I then tried to get help by tapping the Help button on the login screen. On the Help page, I entered my email address and described the issue, but when I tapped Send, the app asked me to log in again.
This is a functional flaw. If the Help option is available on the login screen, it should not require login—especially when the issue itself is related to logging in.

Idea is great but there is no app support at all
The app was great for doctor-patient interactions. But when I reset my phone and downloaded it again, I am unable to login at all. The worst part is there is no app support at all. The ‘Need help’ but on login page works only if you’re already logged in. Then what’s the point of having that button before logging in. Not just that, the ‘App support’ option on App Store takes you to their website where again there is no support, no communication email ID, no customer care numbers. The contact us button is for doctors only, not for patients.

Brilliant Idea
What a nice App. It’s stores doctors prescription on cloud and user can use it anytime from anywhere.
Also from same platform you can book doctors appointment.

Very helpful for patients out of city
Really happy with this concept coz am a regular patient of Rajesh doctor for almost 20 years and due to my work had to be out of Bangalore for long term. Am so happy that I can still consult my regular doctor through Docon app.
Not Able to book appointment for current date
When we select current date appointment time slot say 12:30pm it automatically pushing it to next day 12:30 pm ..
also, we could see duplicate timeslots for the same day and it’s continuously changing.

Now a days your app doesn’t provide information about delays, messages requesting us to be on line 15 minutes before call etc., But for that it’s user friendly.
Terrible app
Most of the reviews of this app seem to be bought or fake. It won’t even let you register on the app, let alone get access to the doctor. While trying to enter OTP it’s saying I have no internet. Tried on 4 devices, utter crap - don’t know why doctors get greedy with kickbacks and get onboarded on such terrible platforms while you already have the likes of Practo available.

Don’t update app it will stop, rather Reinstall app so it will rework
App doesn’t work if we upgrade it to latest version, jus delete app and then reinstall app, it will start working again like before
Extremely Mismanaged
Utterly useless app. My mom had an appointment with Dr. Namit today which was scheduled for 9:30 p.m. I was informed by his assistant that’s it’s been preponed to 9:15 p.m. We were waiting from 9:15 till around 9:45, called the assistant, she informed us at 9:55 that the call has been postponed to tomorrow. This has been happening since the last two times. Such incompetency and mismanagement . The assistant had no idea what the patient’s name was, she told my dad to message the name and DocOn app’s screenshot. Defeats the purpose of the app!

From last 10 days app is crashing immediately after opening.

After the recent update not able to open the app…Kindly check this and rectify the error as soon as possible.
Improvements required
I use a 300 mbps connection at home but the App kept send me a message that the bandwidth was not enough. There were audio issues during the start of the call. I hope it improves as the functionality is pretty good.

I have been with Dr. (Sivakumar ) now for two years. Dr. (Sivakumar) is always professional and compassionate. He relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. He is good at building trust with his patients.

App not working with iOS devices.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times on iOS device but the app is not responsive after it asks for the registered mobile number. Soon after we enter our registered mobile and hit submit option, the app hunts continuously until we force close the app. Again in next attempt it will ask for the registered mobile number.

The app is effectively functional backed by menu for easy navigation I face a problem of error message It always gives a message

1. I have jio fiber in all rooms contract speed 100 mbps but always 24/7 gives 80 to 90 mbps definitely which I check

Improvements required on Find Doctors
The UX is clean and simple. Only major improvement required is Finding Doctors. Find Doctor option should also include Search by Speciality along with search by Location.
