Loving this app, I’ve spent thousands in just a few months. It’s sooo dang on convenient it’s crazy. Makes my life having 5 kids wayyy easier. Yooo sometimes I feel like I’m in a commercial. I can literally need something bad baddd but don’t wanna get outta bad with my night clothes on cause I’ve worked a dang 12 hour shift in the oil field so I’m tired tired. Then I think oh just door dash it!! Yayyy!! Or I’m miles and hours away at work for 12 hours a day 7 days a week and my 5 kids need something at home, school daycare, cheer practice, by my moms house for the day or whatever and they need food, medicine, chargers, snacks or whatever BOOM INSTANTLY DOOR DASH IT!! Or my husband works oil field but he works outta state year round… I literally door dash all his essential and his groceries weekly, so he can come straight to his hotel and rest I don’t like for him to have to do much since he’s working soo hard outta state. I take care of everything he needs literally weekly or daily deliveries wait on him at the front desk. Soo I love it wholeheartedly buttttttt we have allergies or preferences and some restaurants won’t let you customize how me or my family need it’s soo then I have to go in or call and go myself. Door dash has lost lotta money from me cause of that. Wish they would let us leave notes or request. Especially if I know the restaurants do the request but I can’t do it on app. Frustrating!!

my go to when i dont have time to cook, they have some great deals, and also how they have other services such as connecting your prime so you get free delivery for a year etc. thank u and fast coms from CS and right away credit once food is missing or left.
Awful company
They charged my card unauthorized for a non existent order while I was asking for a refund on an order that arrived completely drenched in liquid with it pouring out of the bottom of the bag. They also refused to refund that order and gave me a 30% credit. Had to make a complaint to the better business bureau which is still ongoing and with my credit card company. Make sure to check your statements

Very bad customer support
Firstly I ordered food it came late then they didn’t add the extra a put which was like 10 bucks I asked DoorDash to the refund money for the extra I added since the restaurant didn’t add it to my order and they just tell me I’m not eligible, I spoke with a real customer representative and says the same thing like I just started using them with dash pass 3 days ago mind you
