Wrong orders and bad service

I have had so many bad deliveries from them and then they make it painfully difficult to hold their merchants accountable. The straw that broke the camels back was when I tried to write a negative review about an order I received on the app and no matter how I worded it, they wouldn’t let me post it. I’m fed up and have deleted the app now.
