This app has to be constantly refreshed . Once a booking is saved or completed it will change your hours multiple times until it finally gets it correct. The graph on time cards hasn’t worked in weeks. If a booking is completed but then canceled the hours will still appear on the entry page in time cards . This app is absolutely terrible . For subsistence on the time card entries you have to save it twice for it to save.

It was made shortly after discovering fire. EVERYTHING about it is horrendous. When devs do an update to correct bugs it just creates one somewhere else. But this software if you want to absolutely crush your teams morale.

Glitching
This app recently updated and is now worse!!! I can’t even put my work orders in progress. If I do get them go into process, when I go to put into complete it now has it in scheduled with no time recorded!!! This is very frustrating and needs to be addressed a.s.a.p.!!!!! Please fix this app!!! Im trying to do my job here!!!!!

The Worst!
This dire app has made my job ten times more difficult, less efficient, and is causing my phone to overheat and crash. It’s poorly optimised, not fit for purpose, and has destroyed all enjoyment in my job. Who thought this was a good idea?
Doesn’t work offline
I use this app daily with my company because I couldn’t do otherwise. Absolute rubbish, doesn’t work offline, or it seems to be, but then you realise when the signal comes back that you need to restart and fill in every job report you just did. 0 star if possible
Worst App Ever Invented
Absolutely the worst app I’ve ever had to use, app crashes difficult to load have to delete data and cache to use. If you want your company to fail use this app

On the new download iPhone does not have option to allow location on app settings causing my phone to lock me out because it needs location permission to work

Seems to be having compatibility issues with iOS 26.4. Won’t open at all.

Running beta iOS and the app will only work when it’s downloaded, the will not open again after the first use
IOS 26.4 network issues
The app doesn’t work on IOS 26.4, I know is not been released to the public but us due sometime this month and the app doesn’t work.
It says that is looks like you’re not connected to the internet.
Very frustrating as I use it for work everyday and not I had to move to a different device until it gets fixed.

Complete waste of time nothing else left to say, because there’s not enough time.
Borderline useless unless under perfect conditions
It’s a miracle of this app works if you don’t have full bars of mobile data or a high-speed Wi-Fi connection you’ll spend way more time waiting for the app to finish uploading photos and saving them that you will ever spend working
Absolutely atrocious
This has to the most poorly optimised app for mobile I’ve ever seen! It doesn’t work offline! Good luck uploading 100’s of photos because you’ll be onsite for over a week.. if you’re lucky to have signal. Plus everytime you go to another tab you either crash or go back to where you started… by the way who why would you have the only option to upload photos 1 at a time? That’s bloody diabolical! It’s 2025 there’s many other apps out there which will let you upload all your photos at once so you don’t forget where you are halfway through..

Unstable, difficult to navigate, many of the most used features for technicians are hidden in random menus or pages. Screen jumps between pages randomly. Screen flickers in certain tasks. Very resource heavy, drains battery quickly, especially if another app is in use.
