Location issues
On the new download iPhone does not have option to allow location on app settings causing my phone to lock me out because it needs location permission to work

Complete waste of time nothing else left to say, because there’s not enough time.
Borderline useless unless under perfect conditions
It’s a miracle of this app works if you don’t have full bars of mobile data or a high-speed Wi-Fi connection you’ll spend way more time waiting for the app to finish uploading photos and saving them that you will ever spend working
Absolutely atrocious
This has to the most poorly optimised app for mobile I’ve ever seen! It doesn’t work offline! Good luck uploading 100’s of photos because you’ll be onsite for over a week.. if you’re lucky to have signal. Plus everytime you go to another tab you either crash or go back to where you started… by the way who why would you have the only option to upload photos 1 at a time? That’s bloody diabolical! It’s 2025 there’s many other apps out there which will let you upload all your photos at once so you don’t forget where you are halfway through..

Unstable, difficult to navigate, many of the most used features for technicians are hidden in random menus or pages. Screen jumps between pages randomly. Screen flickers in certain tasks. Very resource heavy, drains battery quickly, especially if another app is in use.
Stopped working
App now says device not registered even though Intune says it is and I can access all other forms of company resources. Even when it did work, I’d have to login and verify several times to get anywhere and often wait several minutes for the app to load initially, and it was only loading text…
Don't use this App
This app will tank your company. It does not work. You will need an entire IT department which will cost millions and still will not work. The end user experience is appalling and the customer experience is no better. If you run a business that requires compliance, this is not the app to use. Stay away! I cannot stress this enough.

Freezes when typing more than a few lines of work order summary. Pages jump around when loading which leads to incorrect/irreversible fields being tapped. Our companies work around for the poor performance of this app was to run it in offline mode…
Garbage
The app has potential but does not live up to it. Relevant information is not easily accessible and tracking work orders is like finding a needle in a haystack. Workflow is horrendous, complete opposite of “intuitive “.
Don't bother!
Not even worth 1 star, nothing about this app is Dynamic and it doesn't work in the field. Glitches and is constantly updated, which usually makes it even worse to use. I'm certain similar platforms worked better 30 years ago!!!

This app is complicated to use. Not user-friendly. Crashes constantly and it’s a total waste of time.
Time wasted
App is junk. Wasting time trying to get it to work rather than working.

It can take five or more minutes to load only text! Notifications are broken and don’t direct you to anything.

One of the worst app. Slow, takes forever to load, consumes too much data and battery.

The worst software I've ever used, it consumes a lot of data, always crashes, always restarts, and is very slow to respond.

Performance und Bedienung miserabel! Alles andere als eine gute UX und intuitive Menüführung. Man fragt sich wie eines der wertvollsten Unternehmen eine solche unterirdische App entwickeln kann.
Criminally terrible app
Every time I think this app couldn’t get any worse, the developers prove me wrong. Every update this app comes out with only makes it more difficult to use. Has anyone selling this app to companies ever used the app? How is it possible to make an app this miserable?
Field Service App
This app is garbage, takes for ever to load up and only works when a WiFi connection is available.
In the old days we used MCompanion which was able to operate offline.
Not sure how multibillion dollar company car rely on such a poor designed app from Microsoft.
