There are many useful features but customer service is just worst!
I really enjoy the E& itself but when it comes to dealing with customer service they just use this useless robot that doesn’t do anything and doesn’t know anything.
worst part is after chatting for almost half an hour even though it can’t help me, it refuses to connect me to a human customer service!

Very buggy
The autopay section of the app is unacceptably buggy.
Slow and Unreliable App
The app frequently gets stuck loading or doesn’t load at all. It’s slow, unreliable, and not intuitive to navigate. This has made it difficult to complete simple tasks. Please improve the stability and performance.

Starting with the title of the app. Impossible to find it in search. When you type etisalat the setting options comes out instead of the app. Also it doesnt load, full of adds. Extremely messy!

The app is constantly flashing full page adverts when opening your account trying to recommend you upgrades. Please provide an advert free experience. Why are you spamming me with adverts when I am already paying an obscene amount to your monopoly of cellular services here in UAE.
