我联系不到客服，我在国外每天都收到手机短信推送广告，造成很多不必要的费用，要联系客服停止发送短信给我，可是客服电邮发送不成功，显示电邮地址错误

Scam
This app is a total scam. When you place an order for delivery, it automatically signs you up for a membership without your consent and starts charging your bank account through direct debit for months without any notification or email. You only find out after checking your bank statement or transaction history.
What’s worse is that they can charge you even without your bank card being linked to the app payments can go through Apple Pay or other methods without clear authorization.
I strongly urge Apple to stop allowing this app to connect with Apple Pay or even be available on the App Store. This has happened to me twice, where membership fees were deducted from my account without my permission, and I only noticed the charges after several months.

SCAMMING NEVER ORDER FROM THIS
Spending money ordering something 10minutes drive away. Had waited for 2hours still got nothing and the most hilarious thing is this is not the first time. Stop using this cuz they’re just scamming your money and never refund.

terrible app
ordered food and was told it would arrive between 7:30–8:00pm. by 8:30pm, still nothing. the order tracking (which showed up when i first ordered) suddenly disappeared from the app as if i never placed an order at all but my payment was already taken. no refund, no explanation.
非常垃圾的软件，客服晾着客户不处理
我在6.30pm下单，半个小时后一直显示没出餐，我给餐厅打了电话餐厅表示已经做好会尽快联系配送员配送，但仍然半小时后没有人去取餐。我联系了客服，客服表示会联系外卖员但其实并没有处理。我给外卖员打电话，外卖员说会去取结果二十分钟后直接取消了我的配送换了另一个配送员。期间我一直联系客服尝试通过客服处理，但是客服一直已读不回。我不理解作为一个消费者我需要在餐厅、外卖员、客服之间来回联系但没有任何人处理我的问题，最可笑的是我是消费者。并且这个软件强迫充值，如果不充值而是通过其他方式付款会收取额外的费用。充值只能50整数充值，剩余的小额的钱无法退还也无法使用，只能继续不停的大额充值，从未见过如此流氓的外卖软件
