No way of contacting a human!

Business mobile Internet issues all month. Then 2 weeks ago absolutely nothing. So using 4G on Vodafone to get some work done. Impossible to get anywhere with the EE app. A BT bot text me with totally useless information. Links that don’t work. Call backs that never happen. App fails as no internet connection!!! But they tell me my internet is fine and working correctly. I assure you it isn’t. App doesn’t have anything to assist you when there is issues that don’t get resolved

EE responded to my above deed back.
Link straight to the EE web site to contact, then the whole process of not being able to contact anyone. Links that are not live.
Broadband that is not available as a reliable service.
3 years without any issues and now I wish I had never signed up for another contract.

After weeks of trying I got a human. On hold for at least hour then to be told “EE Know there is an issue” but we can’t do anything about it!!!

So just wait until it’s fixed I was told.

Beginning of July without a reliable Broadband.
Disgusting service attitude towards paying small businesses customers.

It’s Always So Simple

Love EE - website is easy to use, contacting someone is always a pleasure - I have been with EE for 20 years, that says it all !

App useless

After latest update the speed test part has gone, as yet again I have low speeds. To be fair even when it was on there the hub would magically have full speed to it so probably for the best. The app is about as useful as the service
