No signal anywhere
Why have all the transmitters been switched off, I have a scratching of service anywhere in the CT postcode, tried calling but your given a text that don’t give the option of complaining
It’s just getting worse and worse this morning I was given a text to report of network issues in my area, I don’t need a text it’s like it all the time, come on EE
To add to the pointless set up, the call back is more of a drop call so your sitting waiting like a lap dog on the off chance you get a call

Links don’t work
When I’m trying to find out when my contract ends I couldn’t find the information anywhere. I resorted to speaking to the chatbot which sent me a link which didn’t work. I still don’t know when my contract ends?? The site is very easy to navigate if you want to upgrade- add devices etc. this isn’t a compliment!

App runs so slow
I have fttp i feel the app has really slowed down it really furstating when you log online to maange your account its struggles to move between broadband and other applications. Its really annoying and slow seems like bug in the app and take takes ages to load. The broadband doesn’t even seem that fast.
