Love pollo loco

I live pollo loco but the delivery system they use from ordering on the pollo loco app is horrible. They have stolen my food twice. Saying my meal was delivered and it never was. I had to drive to pick it up twice and although pollo loco itself is amazing and comped the meals it’s still a pain to order with the risk of it not being delivered and having to drive all the way there when the meal gets stolen..
