Mostly love the people. Chat “Scout” is a loser don’t waste your time with chat. I often have odd corrections with my account but feel credit unions are the way to go. More than once I have felt like changing to another but the reality of domino change is too daunting. The customer service usually super helpful & kind.

ECU’s dev team kicks a**
Big thank you to the people who were behind the major app renovation a couple years ago. Sometimes banking with a local credit union means sacrificing some modern day comforts, but ECU’s app update eliminated that compromise entirely. I feel like I’m banking in the 21st century while still banking with a local business that I trust.
While there have been some quirks, it is overall so so much easier to do what I need to do with my accounts from my phone, and I feel confident that the team will continue to improve things every month.
The latest improvement is what brought me here today: increased character count on the memo line for bank transfers! I don’t know if the team realizes how significant that is for my banking experience, but it is! Huge thank you!
I imagine that a lot of “squeaky wheel” naysayers popped up during the initial phase of the major changes, so I want the team to know that I personally have been nothing but grateful and excited as each new improvement is rolled out. Keep up the good work!

The app is basically useless to me now, customer for a long time and very tech forward. The app stopped executing bill pay, I have to go to the laptop and log in. Many other basic tasks are not possible. So off the phone it goes..
Struggling with app
Yep. They delete negative reviews and post fake reviews. Not sure what’s going on but I am starting to get concerned with my bank account.
Feels Incomplete
My first impression of this app was that the buttons are user friendly and it’s pretty easy to navigate! However, it’s incredibly irritating because I have to constantly delete and reinstall. The button to verify if you are human completely freezes and won’t let me into the app. And when I do get in, the slowness of the app is just as repellent, often needing to be reopened and signed into again. Overall it has potential but the functionality is just not there.

Terrible customer service, bad app
I was an Elevations member for 17 years, experienced too many problems to list here...
Also they offer fewer services than a big bank and their app/online portal is an outdated joke. Good riddance

Seems to be a problem lately
The app has just stopped loading the past few days or so. Just an endless white screen with the spinning wheel. Used to be a great app, easy to use and efficient, but now no amount of troubleshooting on my end seems to be helping.
Not working??
This app is fine but for the last 3 days it’s just been endless loading, I’ve tried different WiFi I’ve tried restarting the app AND my phone and it’s STILL not working!! ELEVATIONS PLS FIX!!!!!!!!!!
Suddenly keeps asking for verification
Every time I go to log in now to simply check my balance it doesn’t remember my password and let me do Face ID like it used to - it pulls up a screen every time where I have to manually enter my password and user name and then wait for a text verification
Delete the app when backend breaks? Unacceptable response
Called to report failure on transfers screen in app (spinning wait indicator, persisting across reboots and app launches). Rather than check with internal team for backend problems showing on their internal dashboards, rep went right to 'delete the app, reboot your phone, and reinstall the app'. With the implication that there wouldn't be any bug report passed on. Shyeah, right, my password is 12 hours drive away in a safe; not workable to break TCM store unlocked w/ face/touch-id. Rep stonewalled when asked point blank if he'd report the problem anyway. Hey, Elevations Credit Union! Deleting your jank app won't help fix your bugs, especially when you have a back-end issue.
