This app absolutely SUCKS!!!
I use Entrata for work and the past 5 months the app has ran super slow or just glitches out almost every time you press the screen. Do not recommend this app for any companies or anything they donāt update the app and have terrible customer service.

For the last 4-5 months now the app freezes any time I switch from one work order to another I have to constantly reset the app between every work order Iāve tried deleting app and re installing I waited for the recent update to maybe fix it and still nothing everyone at my company experiences the same issue as well

Works but needs attention.
The app overall works decent, but there are some major flaws. Scrolling is very hard to do. It is not smooth at all. You can only scroll down a tiny bit at a time so when scrolling through a make ready sub task, it takes forever to get to the bottom. The other major problem is that when creating a work order, you have to select location, then category, then problem. They need to make it like the desktop so that instead of having to click a category you just select the location and then you can search for any problem. It also sucks that you canāt see when thereās more than one occupant in an apartment. You can only see the primary, so if a maintenance tech needs to get a hold of the resident and the primary doesnāt answer then they have to ask the office if thereās any other occupants they can reach.

Excellent app, but sometimes specially in the morning when I come to work trying to open the doors it says you do not have access to any doors yet otherwise excellent five stars
Constant issues
When I try to create a work order I get inaccurate categories and tasks. The app also incorrectly syncs with my property and will show work orders that I closed months ago as open and active
Fix SSO Login
No maintenance guy understands what SAML is and hiding it behind entering the subdomain is inane. Change the login page to be like the website where it just recognizes their email and takes them through the SSO process anyway. Or just have the first step be a choice between SSO and Standard logins. Maintenance guys just donāt get the process no matter how many times you explain it. Fix this poor user experience.

No more swipe down to refresh
Ever since the most recent update thereās no more swipe down to refresh this need changed no one likes the new refresh button itās a pain to use

Everything is super big and not adjustable. When adding a problem you have to scroll through each issue to find what youāre looking for. You should be able to just type in the issue box for what youāre looking for and it narrows down your search like on web version.
Not to mention scrolling is terribly unresponsive and not smooth at all.
Also shouldnāt have to select an issue category when creating a work order since you donāt have to on web version or on resident portal!!
App is even worse on androids or iPads. Wish they would combine this with Site Tablet app also.

Canāt create work orders on iOS and iPadOS.
Any time I try to make create a work order on my iPhone or my iPad it says āValue for ācompanyEmplpyeeIdā is invalidā and it will cancel out the work order I just made. If I log out then back in I can usually make one work order that will go through then after that it goes back to saying the aforementioned phrase. Please fix itās very irritating not being able to make work orders when I need to, Iād like to be able to make them without having to logout and back in and resyncing, or having to call somebody in the office to do it for me.

These notes are not visible to the resident. It is useless to mark them.
Lead Technician
Iāve used the website mobile and learned quickly how to navigate but the app is so much easier and very easy to understand. I have a lot to explore being Iāve just had app 1day
Maintenance inspections
Only issue I have with Entrata is on the maintenance inspection section where I do my inspections and then submit them. I can no longer get in and view or make changes.
App quit working
After the last 2 updates the app wonāt even open on my phone. It flashes the Entrata screen then shuts down. Please fix!!!
