Messages Disappeared
The text messages section on the app just disappeared, even though when I open the app it still shows them quickly at the top. Now I can’t find them though! Please fix ASAP! Also texts don’t notify my phone when they come in, so that’s really unreliable & frustrating!!
Still does not, and never worked
To this day, the desktop version still does not properly work and they have no solution
Constant issues
Texts almost never come through unless I have the app open on my phone. Every other app I have sends push notifications just fine. Constantly having issues sending texts with any kind of media as well. Pictures, links, etc will not work for my customers.
Not easy to use at all
Too may steps to take to get things done.
Contacts
I was trying to save contacts from in the app, I have it on my personal phone. In order to save them, I have to save the numbers in my personal contact list on my phone and sync the contacts in my contacts list.
I’m still trying to figure out how to get phone calls while I am away from the office after hours. The instructions aren’t very clear on how to do that. Other than that, it’s a good app to have for work!

Transfer calls don’t work well and say failed

Audio quality is terrible, if you don’t use it because of this for a short time it will stop forwarding calls to you due to inactivity. So far I haven’t found a single thing positive about this app and system.
More reliable notifying for texts
Texts hardly ever notify me from the app itself & that is really frustrating. I use this app as a therapist & so when a client reaches out it would be nice to know I would get that notification. Even the email notifications can be really delayed or never even come. I have gotten notifications hours after the text was actually received in the app. Please fix this as it is important to know when a text comes right away & I shouldn’t have to be in the app refreshing the text page just to try to see if I have any.

Had a dropped call. Had to call back
Awesome app
Rock solid. I can take work calls, text from the app without revealing my personal number and I can even video call ppl on the go. This is just what I needed.

This app works seamlessly with my iPhone. I take calls all day long on it and it works great. What a great product!
