Completely Useless
You can have an alarm system and billing account with Protection1/ADT, but you can't create an online account that lets you use the app without their permission. After being on hold for nearly an hour and speaking to people in five different departments (Account Management, Tech Support, etc.), I'm still locked out.
Five-star ratings? They have to be provided by their own employees or by one of those overseas companies that will provide 100's of favorable reviews for a fee.

Too many errors and barriers for use.
I can’t arm or disarm my system. After finally receiving a link to set up my profile I was let down by the inability for the system to actually work. It still has not been able to “arm” and also there’s endless dead ends and error messages when seeking help. I would recommend a different system as this one is just not functioning.
