Smart metre issues
not getting the smart metre information updated like originally promised since it was installed December/Jan time. Was brill before then.

It’s constantly a week out of date .. it’s not in sinc… they say nothing wrong, update the app… re installed still out of date

The app is so bad the way they ask for information and then they create autmatic password. I have tried to open app so many time it never open. Now they send me letter of….i reccomend do use this app
Rubbish App!!!!
What a load of rubbish! All this app is good for is to tell you that they are working hard to resolve issues with the app…but they never do. It’s completely not fit for purpose, does not show monetary values, smart meter values always out of date, always says you are using too much water (suppose they have to justify the extortionate amount they charge every month) and zero customer service when you call to enquire when the app will be fixed. I would 100% not recommend this app!

Crashing after update
Rather than fixing something that wasn’t broken, you’ve now broken it, app keeps crashing every time I try to log in. Now just a useless icon on my device
Trouble submitting a meter reading
I had a problem submitting my meter reading and ended u having to phone. Really helpful young lady on the phone. Sadly I forgot to get her name but she solved my issue. Thank you

I’d give zero if I could. This app has never worked properly. I have contacted E&S water many times over the last year and they just don’t care. They keep saying the issue where monetary values not shown properly has been resolved. IT HASENT!!! Bad form E&S water considering I pay nearly £100 a month water bill.

Water bill reminder
I pay my water bill monthly via the app, my next payment isn’t due until 28th Nov yet I’m getting emails ‘Inviting’ me to pay my next installment at the beginning of Nov!
New meter
A new smart meter installed 3 or possibly 4 months ago, still not recognised on the substandard app. Water bill has over trebled in 2 years, an absolute disgrace.
Can’t alter personal details
If I go into change any personal information it gets stuck when you save information. I have to turn my phone off and on to get out of this problem. Have deleted and reinstalled but same thing happens.
App reliability
Rubbish app and unreliable for showing up to date water used. What’s the point if it doesn’t work?
Opening app
Attempted to open the app however got the opening page then app went dead. Used web page as alternative.
