Very helpful app

Started using ESUSU a few months ago and honestly it's been helpful. Rent payments are easy to track and I like that it helps build credit at the same time.

It helps me a lot

No Refunds

This app is predatory, beware. I received an email that my property management and Esusu had partnered. In order to use the split pay you have to subscribe to their service which is $50 a month. I had subscribed for the month and told that I could not use the split pay service. Apparently my property management only partnered with them for rent reporting. 1 day after subscribing, I asked for a refund because I could not use this service. They refused, stating it does not fit their policy.

scam

I paid it over a month ago. Every time I called they give me a different timeframe when my rent will be reported. It’s been over a month now I still see absolutely nothing on my credit report and the manager will not call me. This app used to be taken down they don’t know what they’re doing

Improving credit

I’ve been living in my apartments for almost 2 years and since I’ve been there Esusu has always reported my repayment help improving my credit. Also they do provide interest free loans if you are ever in a pickle and need assistance with rent.
