Hice una reserva el 29 de noviembre. Cuando llegué al lugar, el coche no estaba donde se suponía que debía estar. Al llamar a atención al cliente, me informaron que el coche había sufrido una avería y, además, la misma agente procedió a cancelar la reserva.
Me aseguraron que el reembolso se realizaría lo antes posible, pero a día de hoy, 11 de diciembre de 2024, sigo sin recibir mi dinero. He estado llamando desde el 30 de noviembre, dándoles margen para solucionar el problema, pero solo recibo excusas. Me dicen que debo seguir esperando, pero no toman ninguna acción real sobre el asunto.
Una pésima compañía: llegas al lugar, no encuentras el coche, te cancelan la reserva, y aun así sigue apareciendo en la app. ¡Basura!

App seems very unstable
Multiple bugs encountered such as not correctly redirecting after trying to upload payment details. For just this bug tried on multiple devices, multiple payment methods, various troubleshooting avenues, none work. Their support team provides no help, just read from a basic script on how to normally add a payment method, sadly unable to provide any actual trouble shooting assistance, advised to ‘just keep trying’ even though have tried over 3 days and 15 different attempts.
The idea and concept are good, many aspects of the app are good, just so many basic things that don’t work it defeats the purpose of an easy app to get a car on demand. May be because it was just purchased and there is a transitional period, but I’ve spent literal hours on the app and gotten nowhere with effectively minimal assistance.

Unreliable!
Even you have a car reserved it doesn’t mean that it will be available for you at the time. Disappointment, I don’t recommend it.
Zero cars zero stars
Why on the earth you are providing app with no service for the country at all? Don’t you developer have any jobs to do, so you doing something that has no service, no cars, no business…. What a joke for a Londoners. Deleting immediately this trash
