The app needs a major update.
The app does not support VPN usage (unlike banks, which have higher security needs), does not allow you to change addresses (I had to use a my phone's browser), and does not allow credit card payments (I use the browser on my computer).

Cannot Get Into Account
All of sudden the app won’t allow me to get into my account. States that it doesn’t support VPN. I turned off my VPN and it still won’t allow me to log in.
Broken links
The usage breakdown would be a nice feature if the link to the survey worked and I could get more specific information about my energy usage. The link to the survey is also broken on the eversource website. Not helpful. I hope they get this fixed soon!
