This App Is Awesome
I love this app! It’s user-friendly and makes it easy to find the billing information and documents I need. Making a payment is quick and convenient, and I’ve never experienced the app crashing. Overall, it’s been a smooth and reliable experience.

Cannot Get Into Account
All of sudden the app won’t allow me to get into my account. States that it doesn’t support VPN. I turned off my VPN and it still won’t allow me to log in.
Broken links
The usage breakdown would be a nice feature if the link to the survey worked and I could get more specific information about my energy usage. The link to the survey is also broken on the eversource website. Not helpful. I hope they get this fixed soon!

This app asks me whether I love it (love?really?) at least three times per use. And the only answer choice is “yes!”

Cannot Pay with Credit Card
On the web, I can pay with my credit cars using SpeedPay. However I can only pay with Bank Accounts with the app. Given 95%+ of the time I use this app to pay bills, this makes the app quite useless for me.
