Cannot Get Into Account
All of sudden the app won’t allow me to get into my account. States that it doesn’t support VPN. I turned off my VPN and it still won’t allow me to log in.
Broken links
The usage breakdown would be a nice feature if the link to the survey worked and I could get more specific information about my energy usage. The link to the survey is also broken on the eversource website. Not helpful. I hope they get this fixed soon!

This app asks me whether I love it (love?really?) at least three times per use. And the only answer choice is “yes!”

Cannot Pay with Credit Card
On the web, I can pay with my credit cars using SpeedPay. However I can only pay with Bank Accounts with the app. Given 95%+ of the time I use this app to pay bills, this makes the app quite useless for me.

Never has the correct amount owed. Brought to the attention of Eversource, not interested in fixing the problem.

Face ID never works
I’ve set up Face ID multiple times, and it always shows the icon that it is scanning my face when I open the app, but it does not log me in. So annoying that it scans my face but still makes me go find and type a password.

Prefect app
I’ve had a great experience using the Eversource app. It’s easy to navigate, payments are simple to make, and I like being able to quickly check my balance and energy usage anytime. The outage updates and notifications are also very helpful. Everything is organized clearly, and the app saves a lot of time compared to calling customer service. Very convenient and user-friendly!
