I love Extraco
I enjoy the Extraco mobile because it is easy to deposit checks, retrieve my monthly statements, and to pay and receive money via Venmo. I have banked at this location for over 40 years, even before Extraco. The employees and managerial staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful.

Auto Loan Banking
I only have this bank for my auto loan and the bank itself is meh, I never got paperwork in the mail they said they delivered even though my address on file is correct. The app itself is beyond frustrating to use, its definitely not like bigger banks and could definitely use an upgrade. I created my account to make payments but I can’t use the actual account to make a payment because I dont have an actual account with the Extraco bank I only have my auto loan with them. Theres no option to add another account or link a card of any sort. So i have to manually enter my bank information every single month to make a payment. Its beyond infuriating and time consuming.

Sign in errors, connectivity issues, options have changed to give less options than before. Unable to transfer customer to customer any longer. Needs major improvements please.

I like the changes!
It is even more convenient and can access all aspects of the accounts listed in my on line banking. Now I wish that the account set up and on line banking listing would be available for each person on the joint banking account instead of only to the member who set up the original payee listing. This has made it so I have to take care of payments under my husbands account number. Years ago when we first began on line banking this was not known and so I began everything under my husbands name thinking it would all transfer over as It was a joint acct. I am the one who takes care of the budget and the bills and I have to login as my husband to do it. I believe it should not matter which one of us logs in. We should see the same things acct info and listings.
