I have been using felix for nearly 5 years, got my seeds/sim and have never been disappointed with the service!
From someone who relied on unlimited data, this has been an incredibly affordable resource for the people! Ive recommended it to everyone i know and laugh in the faces of people paying double or triple my monthly cost for capped plans that are not even noticeably quicker on DL/UL speed 😂😂
The only quirk i have with felix is the ios application UX, being on fortnightly pay and charged monthly, i find it useful to throw my loose change into my felix wallet each pay and stay a few months infront so im never without service, however i continually get buried in the selection menu remembering the file path for “Top up your wallet”
In a perfect world a customisable home screen for personalisation would be ideal oOoooorrrr a bit of a simplification of the wallet interface?? 🤷♂️
Otherwise if thats my only concern you guys are still telco rockstars! Thanks for being you!

Amazing app, Amazing speeds, and Incredible value
Felix as a whole needs to be commended as a service. Their plans are so well priced (especially their unlimited data plan), that I find myself immediately recommending them to all my friends looking for affordable data. Also their speeds are unbelievable. The fact that plans go up to 20mbps for the unlimited plan especially, is extremely impressive. The app is also beautiful, and very intuitive to use, and money goes directly into helping plant trees which is just an incredible thing to choose to invest into as a data company. I truely hope this company knows just how positive of an impact they are likely making on so many people, as affordable data plans is such an important thing to have during the middle of a cost of living crisis. So thank you to everyone involved in delivering these incredible services.

What a joke of a technology that has been proven to have a negative effect on the Felix scam in the internet today and what a terrible than the Felix is the fact that masks disproportionately impact people who are don’t know how to get the right answer from this bullying and abuse behavior that has been shown in the way the reason why I still use this ancient technology and internet service is the way I am going to finalize my own statement about the situation and I need to prove it that I have to deal with this dark issue in our lovely country and dear government staff should be better managers of the quality of life and the lifestyle as a result and unfortunately I got just deny the truth and bullying of the Felix company which is the ugliest thing ever I have ever seen in my opinion and in any dispute with the quality of service with this unfortunate situation and unwilling response and humiliating the way it is the truth and sad thing Felix quickly offered the meaningless money and never fix the problem and provided the horrible service to punish the customer who opened the complaint it’s difficult to understand Felix and Vodafone are not scammers

Works most of the time when testing both Felix & Telstra side by side. Felix Esim and Telstra physical sim I’m so glad I tried it.
Great overall performance and experience
Felix is amazing in terms of not only the data speed, but also the flexibility and affordability. I live in a more rural area and thought I would get weaker reception if I wasn’t paying 50$ a month for 30 GB with Telstra, but my access to fast and reliable data has been solid! They rarely have any issues regarding data shortages and are great with communication and letting their customers know when changes will be made.

Honestly I couldn’t be happier, I changed over from vodafone after they tried to increase my plan by $5 a month.. found Felix for the exact same plan for $25 with 50% off for the first 4 months.. every time I refer a mate I get $10 off.. reception works just as good as the leading providers so I would recommend this company over them everyday of the week…

Great plans for international roaming
I purchased a $20 international roaming plan that lasts for 12 months. I used it for calls and data (when needed) on 2 different overseas holidays totaling over 7 weeks and I have data left over. My previous carrier charged $10 per day. Felix has saved me $100s!

but now i find it terribly slow and weak connections in many locations, including at home and on the hume.
while it may be cost effective, connectivity is important. a cheaper service that doesn’t provide reliable connections is a waste money.

Excellent Coverage and Unlimited Data Provider
I am writing to let you know. Why you should be the next person to sign up with Felix Mobile. I feel Felix Mobile is a great value for money mobile phone provider that provides you with an easy to use step by step process to setting up your SIM card whether it be physical or e sim. As a University student and a person on a disability pension I feel the value that Felix Mobile provides is 100% honest, reliable and affordable. Other providers such as Optus are NOT. So go ahead today and make the change. Instead of paying a lot of money for such small data gigabytes sign up to Felix Mobile unlimited data plan and you won’t be disappointed. 👍

International throttling is brutal
When you run out of data on your international roaming plan, it throttles you so hard that you can’t even access the felix app to buy more data. You’d think this is a scenario they would have considered.

We'll pass this along! If you don't have access to WiFi, we generally recommend purchasing another roaming add-on before the included data is completely used. That'll help make sure you're staying connected on your travels 🙂

Such a great plan to join, I use my phone a lot and I have the unlimited data plan which costs me a great price in my opinion. 👍

Felix has poor coverage and speed at random times. I have switched to a lower data package as the unlimited is unreliable and is not worth it in my opinion.
Saved so much money
I’m glad I found this company. I changed from an $89 monthly plan at Optus, to the $30 plan at Felix and I get more here..Plus I plant 1 tree every time I top up
