The connection fail, I tried 5G, 2 different wifi, with and without VPN, so bad app
App Setup
I love travelling with Finnair. Great planes and great service. But can you bring back the previous app layout where there’s a photo next to each one of your flights?
エラー処理の作り込み不足
エラー処理の作り込み不足があまりにも目立つ。座席予約が途中で操作できなり変更できなかった挙句、変更していないにも関わらず変更料を請求された。空港カウンターで処理頂いたが、混んでいたこともあり1時間以上かかった。その他処理を見ても、不具合モードの抽出、対策に関する開発の荒さが目立つ。品質をもう少しあげていただきたい。

Have been with Finnair for decades and the latest update came out this yeah the app makes no logical sense. The UI UX and user journey is fundamentally broken, there is not logic at all.
avios付与されない
フライトからもう半年も経つのに、何度カスタマーのチャットに問い合わせても「上にエスカレーションします」「2日以内に連絡します」と言ったままなんの音沙汰もなし。未だにavios付与されず。

Doesn’t even work
Completely useless and it does not even work. Keeps giving an error message!

App doesn’t work at all!
It opens with a page with a “continue” button at the bottom. Literally nothing you can do other than push the “continue” button, which takes to a “something went wrong” error page. So literally the only thing this app is capable of doing is telling you something went wrong!
Could be better
Expecting more from FinnAir — Works ok - happy path only. When changes are made to the booking due to FinnAir flight cancellations they are not reflected within the app. You also can not find the updated booking. Frustrating.
Useless!!!
This app is completely useless. No boarding pass, every time I click on the seat button to change my seat it gives an error message saying “problem uploading that information, please try again later.” I’ve been trying for days, and all day. Never works. All it’s good for is to show you your flight, that’s it. Everything and anything else you must do through the website, which honestly isn’t that much better; I’d give it 2 stars! Website won’t add my trip via the reference number, keeps saying “something went wrong, try again later.” It will find it under the find my trip. Problem with that is you have to keep typing it back in to find it.
Just a waste of an app! And again, the website isn’t that much better.
Finnair, do better. Makes no sense at all in this day an age of available tech for you to be this terrible with your online and app options for your airline! SMH…

Uusi design puutteellinen
Lentonäkymän aiempi design oli todella hyvä. Nykyisen ei ole, jonka lisäksi sen tekninen toteutus on heikko :(
Terrible experience
I’ve had to input my flight details multiple times because this app keeps deleting them. The android app is the same. Why make someone login and verify their details to just continually log them out. Needs an overhaul.

Keine Anmeldung mehr möglich. Einfach nur nervig.
Awful app
Almost impossible to log in. Won’t remember passwords. Keeps telling you to reset. Not user friendly at all. I thought BA was poor these days. Please sort out your iT before launching apps

Terrible app
Check in status not available. Can't do anything with the app. Doesn't even tell me which airport I use. Only the city name which is a joke if a city has several airports. Also doesn't give you the exact time when you land. Enjoy calculating time zones yourself.
