Works great
Fantastic
However it would be good if you could do an exercise which allows you to run/walk, given the fact of arthritis in knees but other that that, fantastic app
Keep up the fantastic work guys

FitPulse Review
I wrote this first review at 61y/o. I’m now 67y/o, I still try to exercise regularly, I still use the app, to see my progress, if any; and I still use the app to show my cardiologist my efforts to keep in shape.. A print option is still my top recommendation.
Love it!

Highly Recommended: FITIV Pulse Has Transformed My Fitness Journey
The app’s precise heart rate monitoring, highly customisable workout views (I particularly love these for tailoring real-time data to my preferences), and real-time feedback have enabled me to train more effectively in targeted zones. This has delivered noticeable improvements in endurance, muscle strength, and recovery.
Most impressively, it has helped me train more frequently, as the data revealed I was more ready to perform than I previously realised, guiding smarter decisions around intensity and rest.
With its sophisticated, data-driven approach including features like voice coaching, GPS tracking, and detailed analytics, FITIV Pulse continues to support progressive training and measurable results.
I strongly recommend FITIV Pulse to anyone seeking a professional-grade tool to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Readiness level indicators completely off
Response from developer
Hi RickDemaie, Thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry the readiness indicator isn't reflecting how you're actually feeling. That kind of mismatch is frustrating, especially when you're training hard and know your body well. Readiness scores are calculated from a mix of factors like recovery, sleep, and strain, so intense training loads like HIIT and running can sometimes push that number lower than expected even when you feel strong. If the readings still seem off after reviewing your recent data, please reach out to us at support@fitiv.com so we can take a closer look at your specific numbers. If you have any further questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out! Our mission is to turn your data into guidance and help you move with purpose, and we are glad to have you with us. EDITED TO ADD: while I was writing this, the app updated in the background, and when I went into it, there was another modal dialog box.
