Worthless App
I’ve been a Flagstar member for over 15 years. Recently, my main account was pushed into this online “service” which is dreadful. I can: Check my Balance, see the Amount of a Transaction (whether deposited, or withdrawn), and the Date it happened. That’s all! But WHO is deducting money from my account, on any given date, is NOT ACCESSIBLE. I’ve made 3 trips to 2 different branches, and I’ve spoken with the Online Manager from the Corporate office twice. It seems that this is all the app is designed to do. Now, with 8-10 monthly auto-payments based on this account, it’ll be a pain, but I’ve got to change banks so I can get some oversight over my transactions. VERY, VERY BAD.

No functionality, no value
No functionality that most other banking apps have (check deposit, transfers, etc.). Login process is a joke with having to memorize an arbitrary company ID, username, and password with no way to “remember” you. Touch/Face ID option crashes the app.
Flagstar is a great bank, but this app does not measure up to the high quality service you experience with their branches or even their ATM interface. I really hope improvements are in the works!

Love that I can make my positive pay decisions and approvals through the app.
Garbage
First off, I do like my local FLAGSTAR bank branch. Everything else is complete crap. This new business banking app does NOTHING outside of checking your balance. Unable to pay bills because you can’t select an account to pay from. Unable to deposit checks ( in the wake of this global pandemic, this would have been a good idea) Logging on is dicey every time. The touch screen buttons on this app don’t do anything. i.e phone number , email support, login button took 8 tries. Also, those password recovery questions are so strange. Your dream car? Favorite shampoo? Favorite Sport? Come on FLAGSTAR! Step it up. Your local qualities don’t help when it comes to online banking! Amateur Hour.

Useless
This is gotta be a joke. Pretty much useless just like their regular interface. Where is the wire function? The ACH payment function? The pay bill/eletronic check writing function? External transfer? Zelle? This doesnt even display transaction activities in the last 60 days. I would not be doing banking with Flagstar soon. This app is a joke.
