Can’t reset password
Great when it works. Right now I can’t reset my password so it’s useless.
Misleading & Poor Service
I had a terrible experience with FlexShopper. After verifying my info, the app said I had a credit limit and could make a purchase. I placed an order and it even told me I could pick it up the next day. Then out of nowhere, they said the order needed to be “verified again” after already charging my card for the initial payment.
I got an email requesting my bank information and driver’s license after the order was placed and the money was taken. Then they suddenly tell me they “can’t work with my bank.” Why didn’t they figure that out before approving me for a limit and charging me?
Customer service was no help either — slow, dismissive, and frustrating. The whole process felt like a bait and switch. Be very cautious before using this app.

App crashes at the same point in application process!
App crashes everytime I’ m about to link banking information. Still haven’t completed the application process yet. Unacceptable.
Bare bones app
If you’ve been using the website and then found out this app. You’ll see you rather do everything off the website. Only difference is you can take a photo of the product here at one of the approved stores. And you good. The website shows you list of things and more. Why would I want to use a bare bones app when the website does everything. Mirror the website and then the app will do even better. Missed opportunity here

Bad customer service
The customer service is horrible. I had to track down my own order. My order was delayed by a week. Never again will I use them again.

I am just trying to pay my bill
Website is trash. App is trash. I’ve been trying to pay my bill for WEEKS. I am not trying anymore. If you want your money, fix your interface.
Not sure how this app has 4.8 stars.
Avoid Flex Shopper, and FlexWallet at all cost. Company is in the business of stealing from honest hard working people looking for a break. Customer service is non existent. You’ll have to call/send emails for days to even get a response. The over charge for items, literally adding on about 150$-250$. Just avoid at all cost, this is a company operating without any integrity.

Flexshopper is garbage
Even though the app is online, flexshopper will not allow or process any orders via the app. It is discontinued and no longer available and customer service has no information. DO NOT USE! Complete waste if time

This is app is a huge scam they use your information to sell it / share it with other companies. Be very careful! This app should be removed and reported!
Be cautious with costs
I’ve had ok experiences with this app but lately I discovered that when you try to get a phone for example through this. Thier website has the iPhone for 1650 when it’s real price is 1200 imagine you don’t do the 90 days payout the amount you’ll pay for this leash could e gotten you x2-3 of the same

Normally through flexshopper they add 50 usually which is fine it’s good but some items I noticed they try to rip you off just because it’s trending when you try to get it from another store they give you the excuse they can’t buy it from them because it’s on thier site but they don’t really look at the 33%+ up charge they are trying to force down you.

Beware and be careful
I was approved for 800 credit line, and was comparing products to see which one I wanted before buying (I go to login about 3 weeks later, and it lost my account yet said I already had account under my email when I went to try and login and start over) It was confusing me, because I already took the hit to my credit and passed, but was being told to do it again, then denied. Contacted “customer service” and was told that the computer reset my account, but they couldn’t figure out why, and that I can’t apply again for 30 days (so makes sense they denied when I logged back in) but apparently they are completely dependent on a glitchy computer and can’t reverse or fix it, and with it being something like a financial institution.. you do NOT want that on your name or ruining your credit. (Imagine if they get hacked… “Opps, I don’t know what happened, but I can’t fix it”

Didn’t qualify for my income apparently yet another one of my friends makes almost $5000 a month but I can’t get approved bc I make 3000 under this is ridiculous
App crashes
I can’t even finish my application. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, turned my phone off and back on. Really frustrating honestly.
Information phishing
Don't use this app. I just read their privacy policy and they refuse to allow you to control your data. But they only send you this info after they get all your info and decline you. And they make it very clear that even if you're not or no longer a customer they will continue to use and give out your data at their discretion. And of course I was not approved for their service. Even though I meet all their "criteria". Complete scam.

Above and Beyond Great Service! I was having problems with my app and had to reapply. Store manager got In touch with their store’s flex shopper rep who walked me through the process and fixed my service with an even better option!
