App crashing after June 25 2026
App crashing in iOS whenever I click on the app. Unable to load or open.
Why?
Awful app. Has trouble logging in. But even worse, when I attempt to use a pass, I’m greeted with a perpetual loading screen! Why isn’t this just integrated into the regular AC app? How can you be charging so much for these flight passes and offer such a horrible iOS user experience?
Unstable and Unreliable
App crashes frequently on launch. Despite frequent updates it seems that this issue has never fully resolved. Integrate in your main app perhaps?
Failed after update
They released an update while on a trip and of course we are the testers. App failed can't even log in. They know about it but claim it is something I am doing. Contrary to all the forums where hundreds of people are having the same issue.

Useful but so trash
This app can work good at some times but holy is it so buggy. I get logged out every now and then and can’t log back in even when signing in with all my credentials. Or sometimes i just don’t even get the chance to log back in. PLEASE FIX UR APP
Do not buy flight passes
No Customer service. Over pay for segments. Not enough destinations. Rare to get upgraded. Useless

Air Canada broke app with update
After update on 2025/12/03, cannot log in. Login web page loaded by app gives error message “Required String parameter 'redirect_uri' is not present”.
Typical Air Canada IT, unfortunately: the only part that works reliably is when they take your money.

Slow
This is quite frankly, one of the slowest apps I’ve ever used in my life. It should not be so hard to use.

Can’t even create an account, the plane icon just keeps circling the runaway…not at all frustrating.

After installation, the app couldn’t even connect to Air Canada to complete setting. It’s a joke and not an app.

Log in impossible
Impossible to log
App Stability iOS 18 Lacking
App keeps crashing and cannot complete flight pass bookings as a result. Please fix this!
