Useless App, incessant notifications
This app is garbage. Firstly, you get 3-4 notifications DAILY with marketing/deals, so I figured I’d go to the notifications settings and turn them off… NOPE notifications settings have been “under maintenance” for weeks, and if I use my iPhone settings to just turn them all off then I miss the important notifications about my flight…. Checking in didn’t work, the nationality field is compulsory and didn’t have “Australian” as an option, but had “American” on the drop down three times… couldn’t get my boarding pass in the app either. The actual flight and service from staff was good, but this app is pointless.

Loading lama
Tiap mau buka current ticket, loading lama. Termasuk mau buka boarding pass buat tunjuking ke petugas Bandara. Barangkali pihak garuda bisa memperbaiki kualitas aplikasi ini.
Perbaiki aplikasi
Aplikasi nya aneh gak bisa daftar member loading mulu gak ada selesainya, masih banyak lagi fitur yg tidak bisa diakses intinya app nya harus diperbaiki!!!

App sangat pelan, setiap kali loading selalu harus menunggu 5-10 menit, kadang dapat “failed get data”, sudah uninstall reinstall. Sudah begini berbulan2

Not supporting Apple Wallet boarding pass

For an airline as big as Garuda and always highlighting their customers services, the apps does not represent that, either unresponsive or keep on 'loading', particularly the claim missing mileage😅.

Jika online check in sudah 80%, yg 20% tidak bs online check in. Hal ini tdk ada keterangannya di aplikasi fly garuda.
Still Buggy
It is wonderful for booking, but many features still buggy to be used : checkin and refund. i had still to go to counters

udah mulai sering reschedule asal dari maskapai, main ubah2 perjalanan orang, tanpa ada kompensasi apapun, sangat merusak plan orang, sekelas garuda nunggu tangga buat penumpang turun pas landing aja bisa lama banget, ntah lah, semoga segera ada perbaikan aja
