When trying to print out DTCs app kicks me out completely and won’t allow me to send anything to print.

Ford DiagNow not Working! Can’t log in I been trying for 5 days now. I went to ford motor craft undated my subscription used it for 2 days and now it shows I can’t log in due to an invalid subscription. I have emailed them and sent pics still no fix. Poor customer service

As a ford technician the diag now app really comes in handy however I wish the app wouldn’t crash every time to attempt to share a dtc document

Not ready for real world
You need to get your App, Security AND WEB developers in the same room NOT from home and test it from point to point. Create a new user account ALL the way through each step!!!!!
Don’t buy the license for this
I bought the license to use this app with the Rotunda VCM light and immediately after the first use I was locked out of my account you can only communicate through email and they continue to give me the wrong directions to regain access I’ve been back and fourth with them for over two weeks only to get a number to call from them that didn’t work. The customer service they provide for this is pitiful. I will be requesting a charge back from my credit card for the annual 150$ licensing fee

Doesn’t Work
After installing and attempts to login to an already active account it just gives a lengthy text error message. Garbage!
Great when it works
Works half the time. When it does work, it scans half the modules. Constantly down for service too.
Too many crashes
Crashes intermittently. Server error after reading VIN today. Would be 5⭐️if not for the bugs.

The app itself is pretty okay, crashes a fair amount of the time, unfortunately when using data logger with about 3 or more PIDs being graphed it crashes ALOT within the first 30 seconds.
Vcm lite
Received a vcm lite for completing training through ford and it had not worked once. Waste of time and effort. Sticking to my autel or vcm 3
Stopped working with iPhone
It worked great until it updated, now does not work with iPhones 🤬

It’s absolutely fantastic when it works.
The app will not show the display as normal. For example the Read Vin button says “framework.comm.and.go”. Each option is displayed like that. It will connect to the vehicle one out of every 10 tries but then I can’t do anything. I’ve made sure my phone and app are up to date, and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I seem to be the only one in the shop to have this issue and cannot find anything to fix this.
BUT back when it was working, it was awesome and saved me a lot of time.
