The process is very slow and doesn’t load properly all the time when using the app and switching to wiring diagrams need something that allows users to actually read what we are clicking on when using workshop I feel like it’s something to do with the format but some improvements can be made for sure. It’s very hard to follow a pinpoint test or even get to them through pc/ed

Needs attention to detail. Can’t read codes from the PCM on a 2022 Bronco Sport. Errors in such basic functionality can’t be tolerated.

Printing issues
When trying to print out DTCs app kicks me out completely and won’t allow me to send anything to print.

Ford DiagNow not Working! Can’t log in I been trying for 5 days now. I went to ford motor craft undated my subscription used it for 2 days and now it shows I can’t log in due to an invalid subscription. I have emailed them and sent pics still no fix. Poor customer service

As a ford technician the diag now app really comes in handy however I wish the app wouldn’t crash every time to attempt to share a dtc document

Not ready for real world
You need to get your App, Security AND WEB developers in the same room NOT from home and test it from point to point. Create a new user account ALL the way through each step!!!!!
No option for Australia
No option for Australia literally every other country is there but not Australia. If you live in Australia you can’t use this app
Don’t buy the license for this
I bought the license to use this app with the Rotunda VCM light and immediately after the first use I was locked out of my account you can only communicate through email and they continue to give me the wrong directions to regain access I’ve been back and fourth with them for over two weeks only to get a number to call from them that didn’t work. The customer service they provide for this is pitiful. I will be requesting a charge back from my credit card for the annual 150$ licensing fee
