Not worth the money

The bikes were nice, and the first 30 minutes is only a pound. However, if you go Past, that 30 minutes, it’s 30 pence a minute. I wrote the bike for 45 minutes and it took me 15 minutes just to find a suitable place to park it for them. I was well within the white circle and I kept getting a notice that I was not able to park there. I had to take it in and out of the circle multiple times and even tried to go to other locations that never seemed to work. It was beyond frustrating and to use that bike for one hour cost me well over $30. I would never use this company again very disappointing! I could’ve rented another bike for the entire day for less than $10

Should’ve stuck to Lime

The absolute last thing that you want is a bike to take at least a few minutes to unlock or lock when you’re on the way to work. And this is exactly that.

I’ve emailed countless times trying to understand why it takes so long despite having a premium subscription for a bike to unlock. The app has one job and you’d think with all the income being generated, they would invest some money into trying to fix this issue. But instead, they ignore the countless messages about it. I’ve even spoken to colleagues at work who have said they’ve experienced the same thing and they end up just walking away. I’ve emailed them at least five times not only about this but also about unlocking bikes and not being refunded because of issues with the bikes themselves. Lime automatically refund so I don’t see why they can’t do this. This is the poorest customer support that I’ve ever experienced. I’ll continue to leave these negative reviews on each bad experience because at some point they need to be nudged in the right direction to use the subscription money that they’re generating from my pocket.

Awful app that cannot be relied on

This is an objectively terrible app. It has constant issues that cannot be put into a review. It constantly lets you down and is significantly worse than competitors. This wouldn’t be an issue if it didn’t resort to buying monopolies in areas to force people into paying for its horrible service who have no other choice. It will constantly let you down and make you pay for the privilege. Awful
