The app has stopped working. I cannot get anybody when I try and call customer service. The finance company is bankrupt. And it seems that customer service has just stopped.
No support
My system was installed. It was working properly, but then one of my panels. Was not producing that was on 1123, 2025. I had a case number. And was told that the panel that went out or not working had to be replaced. It is June June 2, 2026 no panels no information about my panels or anything to say that they will be replaced. I called the company and get hung up on bad service.

Power generation graphs
This app is hit and miss if you want to track power generation. Today is Apr. 29 and my generation has not been updated since March 30. Is there any way to force an update??

Doesnt show any production and live chat is just a place to type my feelings with no response
My system turned on two weeks ago. I’m getting no data from the app. The company doesn’t even give you any assistance with getting into the app or tell you there’s an app. I had to find it by accident, but what does it matter? it’s not showing any data from my system. And then I call wait a half hour for someone to tell me that my system may or may not be working so they have to send a tech out a week later the tech no-show no calls I call I would a half hour to be told that my system is working. But only after I get transferred away from the customer service line to the scheduling department. And then back to the customer service line to wait another half hour to get hung up on. So who knows if my $55,000 solar system is even working. I’m certainly paying monthly payment payments now for it. And as for the app completely useless.

This app has a terrible UX and is glitchy. A few UI design tweaks could make this work well

I have several friends who have different solar companies in this app is by far the worst of them all. Other apps have how each individual Panel is performing. This app I have to sign in and then sign out sign back in just to get how my panels are Performing as a whole… do better freedom forever

Don’t waste your time with this company. They tell you all these promises and don’t deliver on anything. They caused a power outage while hooking up my system and told me to get an electrician to restore power and they would reimburse me. Never happened. $400+ to have power turned back on. Now on top of that BS I have a leak on my roof! The only reason they are getting one star is because I can’t give zero

Stop the video auto play
I just started using this app but I can already tell it’s going to annoy the hell out of me. The automatic playing of the videos every time you switch tabs needs to be switched to play when we want it to play

What happened?
Not showing production suddenly and the chat box gets no replies.
Bad app
Extremely hard to contact service representative and when you do you can sit on hold for an hour or two. They never updated this app and it still shows that I’m not completely done when I actually am.
