Drivers for Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Behaviour

Throughout the journey, both drivers behaved in an extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner. They spoke to me aggressively, used inappropriate and offensive language, and even scolded me using bad words.

Because of this incident, I am extremely unhappy and have decided that this will be my last journey with Fresh Bus.

Great experience

I have travelled multiple times in last 2 months in the Bangalore to Tirupati, Chennai to Bangalore routes and the experience is great and consistent. Punctual, Clean environment, working seats, AC, Mobile charging points, complimentary water bottle and snacks..
