Issue with female seat booking

Last minute cancelations and creating fake demand for ticket price
I really don’t understand, till last minute, drive won’t check , bus is in wrong condition or not. My situation is : I was waiting for bus in another 20 mins bus should pickup, but I got WhatsApp msg bus got canceled due to water filled in batteries.
In case frshbus should arranged another alternative bus at least two hours before should inform to travellers. Nothing was done, simply cancelled bus and said one sorry.
I was struggled to reach my destination that entire night.
Seriously freshbus said I will receive 100% . They credited only 60% , that created another work to talk frshbus customer
In these scenario who will recommend his freshbus
