I registered as a donor on the app, but now I’m unable to update any of my details. I keep receiving calls from people requesting blood, even though I’m currently unable to donate frequently due to time constraints. I also can’t reset my password—there are no SMS or email notifications, and the app seems largely inactive, with no proper support available.

Blood donor login not working

Blood donor login not working. I have observed this issue on iPhone 12 with app and ios latest version. Please fix. The app is more handy than the website to search and update. Thanks

This is a great service for the donors and great help for those who want blood but there are some people who don’t want to donate without taking money and ask for ₹4000 for a donor. It happened with me in Guwahati, Assam
